I would hire this company for a future job.

They completed the work in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. They did a good job and I was am pleased with the service.

I came home in the evening and discovered that the motor on my garage door opener had fried. Fortunately the cars were not stuck inside, and I was able to open the door manually. I called JDT after hours and set up a time to replace the old beast. Since it was not an emergency, I was happy to wait until the next morning. In the morning, the technician called me to say he would be late - but he still arrived within the original window of time. He did a full inspection before jumping to any conclusions about my original opener, which included realigning a misaligned track and re-setting a couple of the rollers. He gave me a detailed quote with options, and he patiently answered all my questions. Of course, I selected the option that was not on his truck (go figure). He knew I had limited time available, so rather than leaving to go get the parts, he called the owner to have them brought to the house. The installation went very smoothly. Now my garage door is up to code, it operates smoothly, and it's super quiet! I really should have done this sooner - can't believe I put up with the old clunker for so long!

The service man showed up promptly and was very courteous. He knew the problem right away after diagnosing it and made his recommendations. Upon agreement, he replaced all parts rapidly, testing it and left. After I put my car in the garage the door would not close, so I called and he came back within minutes to fix it. I was happy with the work.

The young man that did the work was wonderful. I will have the company come back out in the future. Reasonably priced and terrific service.

It was a standard repair. The rates were reasonable. He seemed to know what he was doing and took care of the problem.

The service was fine. He did have to come back to spray more silicon on my garage door because it was still making a loud noise. He came back at no additional cost. He was also responsive.

They bent the garage and shaped it so it would actually go down. They later came to install a new door. They did a perfect job. I would highly recommend their services. I cannot say enough good things about them.
