Great, second time I’ve used Jason and would recommend to anyone.

Jason did an excellent job of pinpointing areas in need of lubrication (done) as well as areas to watch for and listen for which could eventually need service. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and I can say I will not use anyone else when it comes to my garage doors.

Jason worked with me on price and features and the Clopay doors are great. Jason is a very personable professional and his installation was flawless and smooth. I highly recommend JDT for new garage doors and installation.

i was very impressed. They had a rail from an older system they were foing to use but my ancient system wasn't compatible. I'd already planned to have an install done if i couldn't gwt the parts. They did an excellent job: they lubed the rollers, chain, tucked all the wires away, excellent clean-up, showed me how to program everything. I'll definitely use them again.

Excellent the company contacted me within 2 days of my order and we set up an appointment. Jason was the service person who performed the tune up. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he went right to work examining the door and making adjustments and lubricating it as well. He was very knowledgeable as I asked many questions about the life of the door and possibly purchasing a new one in the future sometime. He answered every question and I was amazed at how he just had all of this knowledge to share. I would definitely do business with this company again especially due to Jason as I felt he did a great job and really cared about what he was doing!

OK. The technician did the job. He made sure the new spring was working. I asked the tech about the cost to replace the door and he gave me a price, and he said it needed a little adjustment which was done by hammering on the hinges of the panels. I hope it does not fall apart now.

My garage door broke and trapped my wife's car in the garage. After calling several other companies, with no answer, I called JDT and in 12 minutes from the time I hung up the phone the owner was at my house. Garage door broke, checked Angie's list. Called JDT on Friday before Easter. They came out on Tuesday to offer options. Chose the right options for me balancing quality and price. The installation was on Thursday. Very satisfied with the installer and the products. Would recommend them.

Right in the middle of an outdoor painting project the only spring on one of our garage doors decided to break. I searched on A's List for someone to fix it and called JDT and was able to get a tech out that afternoon, within a couple hours! He swapped out the spring and tuned up the door in about an hour. The next morning he called me back to tell me he'd mistakenly installed a spring that was a little too weak and he wanted to come back and correct it. So the next morning he was in and out in less than an hour and replaced the spring with the correct one. The door works perfectly (as it did the first time) and seems quieter and smoother than before. Thanks JDT for a job well done and for correcting something I would have probably never noticed.

The service was excellent --- thorough and professional. I will definitely call them again when I replace the door next year.

Jason was both friendly and professional. He spent considerable time checking everything about the garage door. He even removed a cable that he said was not needed.

I had a garage door spring break on a Friday afternoon. After searching Angie's list for a "grade A" vendor, I chose JDT because they were able to come out Saturday to fix the door. Jason, the owner, gave me a time between 12-1 for his arrival. At 12:05, Jason called to alert me he was 15 minutes away and apologize for not being there at 12 sharp. I was pleasantly surprised because I had expected his arrival within the timeframe, not at the beginning of the timeframe. Jason explained the obvious repairs and possible additional items. He then worked around the contents of the garage and replaced both springs on the door. Afterwards, he reviewed his work, had me inspect it, explained why the "possible additional items" were not needed and actually the final bill was below his first estimate. Jason was a pleasure to work with and I had him replace all the previous door vendor stickers with his sticker so I would have easy access to his number if I needed another repair. Great service, great personality, and most of all, solid repairs in the timeframe and cost constraints defined in the initial contact. I highly recommend JDT Garage Door Service.

My garage doors had not been working properly for a few weeks. They would sometimes close and sometimes they would only close halfway and go up again. Every night I had to close and lock them manually. This problem was not consistent and was driving me crazy so when I received an email from Angie's List with this fantastic deal and price of $69.00 (special offering) for a complete garage door tune-up I purchased it asap! Some companies charge $60.00 just for the service call! The day of the appointment the garage door opened but would not close so I left it opened. Jeff, the serviceman, arrived on time and was professional and very nice. Oddly, they worked perfectly while he was here, and they have continued to. Since he found nothing wrong with my garage doors they did not require a tune-up or any attention but he lubricated them anyway. He took his time checking out "everything" that could possibly be causing the problem, which I very much appreciated, but they kept working perfectly! He also advised me on what I need to have done to weatherproof them since I haven't replaced the strips for at least 15 years. I would definitely use his services again! I highly recommend him and the company he works for!

Since living in Arizona and not using Angie's list we found if difficult to fine quality companies to deal with, however this is not the case any longer. JDT Garage Door Service is a top notch company with true professional employees i.e., like Jeff who installed our new opener. He is courteous, personable and certainly knowledgeable about the products. He was on time, worked clean and through. He checked our garage door for issues prior to removing our old opener and installing our new opener, which by the way is truly an exceptional product and worth the money. I had contacted the company and spoke with and individual whose name escapes me and he took the time to explain the differences between other openers and the one we purchased. This impressed me and I would have bought the opener strictly on that not just the price. Don't want to ramble on I hope all can see we are very happy.

Service Provider was punctual and helpful. Job actually took two minutes to fix but he spent time analyzing the door which was bent and my options for the future. He serviced the moving parts of the door and rollers. He adequately fulfilled the requirements of the visit.
