Description of Work: Service person was on time, courteous, and performed the work. Prices were fair. The device (a motion-activated kitchen faucet) didn't work quite right, and I had to call the manufacturer for troubleshooting advice. The problem that it was having was not covered in the installation manual; still, service provider might have taken a little more initiative, made the call and made it work right. I would use them again, though, because the performance was adequate -- a rarity in my experience with local plumbers.

Description of Work: our Kohler unit was low in water tank height and slow to finish the flush. Plumber changed the fill valve and replaced 2 outside 3/4 service valves, also tightened shower head about 4-5 days later fill valve back the way it was we still have to use the plunger.

Description of Work: Stated they cleared the main drain transition to main sewer to city main drain.The charge was higher than we have had before for the same type of service. However, it still was slow and leaked a little in the bathrooms when the washer was used. Approx 4 months later had a big backup in the bathrooms again and called a different plumber this time that I found on Angie's list. They found a large bundle of roots close to the city sewer and took an extra length of line to break through the roots.Cost was half of the previous company.

Description of Work: My neighborhood was previously on septic and switched over to QC waste no that they have a treatment plant so we had to tie into the new sewer and abandon the old septic. I originaly got hooked up with J&H years ago when my water heater sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. They came to my house at and worked into the night untill the job was doen and done right. I have since referred them to friends and family. All have been happy wiht the results and quality. When it cam time to switch out the septic to sewer I got 3 quotes just to make sure that I was getting a fair price. After all of the times I have counted on them for small jobs I should have just went to them to begin with. Not only did they come in with the low bid they were able to work arond my families schedule and left the yard in much better shape that I was expecting when the job was done. They do buisness the old way. Fair price and the customer comes first.

+ -1 moreWas given a detailed estimate, by room, on how much it would cost, which turned out to be exactly what I paid. Was giben help when picking out my new tub, and hardware. All the men working on the project were very nice and courtesy. They were always here on time and sometimes stayed late to finish and keep on schedule with the rest of the remodel.
Description of Work: Remodeled two bathrooms a kitchen and added a wet bar One a Masterbath Suite which was enlarged with new shower with body jets and rain shower head, air tub, sinks, new pipes, and all new hardware. One hall bath remodeled with new tub/shower, sinks and pipes and all new hardware. Doubled the size of my kitchen with all new pipes and two new sinks. Added a wet bar with new sink and hardware. Installed water softner and whole house filteration units

+ -1 moreThey were incredibly quick at coming out and the price was very reasonable. It was almost cheap for the amount of work they did. They cleaned up extremely well. Everything was done within one trip. They service the whole valley but they were very close to my home. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They repaired a leaky toilet, shower repair, replace a shower and replastered a couple of walls. I had a fairly serious interior plumbing leak in between the walls.
