Service was great, they were on time and professional. Water heater was replaced and they came back they next day to fix an unrelated issue with the recirc pump.

it went horribly. Had to fire them.

I was taking quotes and J and H came out immediately to give me a quote.

We have a drain that backs up 1-2 time/year. We have had other companies come to provide service. However, J and H explained the cause, charged a reasonable price, and the technician was courteous, prompt and professional.

We had a disaster with a failed water heater. Called J & H and they sent Jeff out to change out the water heater. Because of some non-typical plumbing Jeff had a heck of a time wrestling the water heater out of the closet. Once out, we realized the drywall all had to be replaced. Fast forward a few weeks (of demolition and restoration of our kitchen) Jeff and another plumber returned to replumb portions of the kitchen and water heater closet into a more standard configuration and install the new water heater. Jeff also installed our new sink, disposer, and ice line. He also installed a hose bib on the outside of the house for us. He had to work around other contractors and schedules but never complained and always acted in a most professional and reassuring manner. For clarification- We paid for the water heater R/R and the hose bib. Our insurance paid for the rest of the work, including all of the re-plumbing and the new sink fixtures and installation.

As I said previously, I'm happy with the work the plumbers do. I'm not so impressed with communication from the boss.

Paul did a great job of finding the cleanouts after I showed him the problem. Pleasant and knew his stuff.; Took out the rooter, and did its stuff. Then carefully checked that things were flushing correctly (5 times with paper!) All over but the bill. I'm always a bit shocked to see the bill, but when there is poop in the shower, I guess it is worth the charge. I'd recommend the folks at J&H Plumbing any time. Used a $10 off coupon from Angie's List.

Good it was piece of mind for me that somebody who really knows what was going on fixed what their plumber had screw up. Though was not cheap it was worth every penny.

Came out to evaluate my needs and promptly provided written estimate. Work performed within few days of initial visit on appointment. Doing bathroom upgrade and routine house maintenance for my infirm mother, so having quality work done on my schedule was a plus. Jerry is an top notch plumber and a very nice person. Will use again for remainder of bathroom renewal needs on my next trip to mom's house.

They fit. In their already busy schedule when I called. My sewer line backed up into the house. Of course I had company and no use of he bathrooms. They came out late afternoon and had me all fixed within an hour. Good company and honest.

J & H was the third plumber that came to try and fix my problem - and the only one that did. He had to cut into the pipe, but it was as clean and and thorough as it could have been. He came back the next day to finish up & make sure everything was okay. Jesse was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Next time I have a problem I'll call them first! It's been 6 months with no more problems.

Overall, timing was good but in-person service was sub-standard as noted above.

The work was done with care and completely. Good clean up and we were very pleased with the entire installation and repair process. Paul was excellent. He installed a new water softener, a new master ball valve for the house, a water flow devise, washing machine quick turn offs, ball valve for water heater and a drain pan and drain for the water heater. All done as promised.

J&H Plumbing provided another option that the prior two companies did not. Instead of routing new new pipes through the walls to put 1/2 inch Pex through 3/4 inch copper which resolved the issue. No drywall repair and 1/3 the cost. Works great and no more leak under the slab.

The absolute worst service I've ever had. They gave me est for $2600.00 for 2 men all day. Only one man showed up at 9:45 -said the shower hadn't come in over the weekend and they had to go get it.Then only one man was there until 3:00 pm and the son showed up, fixed the leak and left in an hour. First man was done and gone at 5:30. They didn't bring a shower door and said that wasn't included, left base moldings, paint, shower fixtures on the floor and said I had to put them back and do the painting around the entire top of the new shower enclosure. I called and spoke to the owner-He was nice and brought me a shower door, admitting it wasn't even addressed in the estmate I signed. I had to call them several times to put the shower door on and made appointments that they didn't even show up and had a number of excuses. When they came back -they put the door on the shower too close to the outside edge - the bathroom door hits everytime when you to close it to take a shower, the shower sprays over the top and wets the toilet and floor. They came back again and put a mickey rigged elongated pipe on the shower and now there's no water pressure. The doors are uneven and don't close flush on each side. Water comes thru the openings and on the floor when you are showering. They said it's uneven because the bathrooom walls are uneven. I told them that's why they have to level the door. It's not a walk in shower door (as it should have been), it slides side to side and the water will still spray over the top unless the shower head is facing down. You can't get in or out without hitting the bathroom door. I could go on an on, but the point is - they took advantage of me and took me for a lot of money and did a terrible job and left me with a lousy shower door and work for me to do to bring my bathroom back to the way it was before they started. I'm 70 years old and not capable to paint around the top of the shower, put the baseboards back and can't even find all the bathroom fixtures that should have been put back on the wall.

He did a really good job. Their is not a leak now. He explained to me that I needed to redo the handles and they did that.

The plumber was able to run line from the kitchen drain in a very short time and it works perfectly. The other companies wanted 3 times as much and it was going to require considerable drywall repair the way they were going to do it. The J&H plumber found another way to do it that required no drywall work at all to reach the same location and he was done in less than two hours. I will definitely use them again for my next plumbing job

I contacted J&H plumbing and the person who answered was very pleasant and professional. I explained my problem and she was able to send someone out the same day. Paul came out and had to replace my toilet line and turn off value from wall to the toilet tank along with the guts inside the tank. He also replaced my water turn off valve where it comes into the house from the main water meter. Now I will be able to turn off the water myself if needed in case of an emergency. Paul listened to my concerns and explained all that he would be doing in reference to repairs and what the cost would be. He was very pleasant and professional and cleaned up after the repairs. I would use J&H Plumbing again for my repairs..

The technician came out first thing in the morning. He was efficient and worked quickly to do the job done. They did a really good job and I am happy with their service, overall it was good job.

I was very happy with the service I received from J&H. They provided same-day service at a very busy time (just after a 5 day freeze with burst pipes all over the city). The folks on the phone were very friendly. Our plumber, Paul, arrived on time, was extremely professional and courteous, and fixed a very difficult clog. I cannot recommend J&H highly enough.

The good no service call fee. The bad no 1/2 hour charge just a full hour charge. Overall very professional service other than cost I have no complaints.

Called at 10am, repairman arrived at 1:30. Dustin diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part in his truck and completed the repair quickly.

Everything was repaired and left in working order.
