I was shadowing him for the entire inspection and was continually impressed with his expertise and willingness to explain in detail any questions I had. His report was very detailed and he missed nothing! The nice thing in the report is the summary which lists all the items and repairs he recommends, backed up with detailed photos! Will use him again.

Description of Work: We decided it was time to have an inspection on this 50 year old house, to coincide with having it reroofed and replacing a decomposing wood patio cover. Also, we had some suspicion of termites. The most highly recommended inspection company on Angies list was Homewerx, so I didn't hesitate to contact them. They make it easy to find info on their website, and also offer a discount when you schedule your appointment online. Their response was prompt and uncomplicated, and the inspector arrived exacty as promised. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very personable. He gave us as much time as we needed for information and discussion, and offered suggestions based on his own experience restoring a house exacty like ours! We felt well served, encouraged, and as if the $290 was very well spent. We received a complete report including a termite inspection report via email shortly after his visit.
