Two Hispanic women came, only one spoke English. Overall, they did a good job. They cleaned the upper kitchen cabinets that had not been cleaned in a very long time! I was very glad for that cleaning job alone! The women were courteous and presented professionally.

We started service with Heavenly Scent in OCtober 2013 after our previous house cleaner stopped cleaning houses. They do a good job and, in a home with kids, it's always nice to have a clean home for at least a few days out of the month. We tried having bi-weekly cleaning, but it got too expensive. The team that comes to our house is very friendly and I feel comfortable leaving the house to go to the grocery store or pick up my kids. The ladies are like machines (in a good way!) - they know what needs to be done and they do it in a timely manner. A few things that could be better. 1. We may have been spoiled by our previous house cleaner because she used to organize items and vacuum under our beds, drawers, and couches. I haven't asked the team to do those things, but I may ask them the next time. 2. If there could be a discount for bi-weekly cleanings, we would most likely use the service more often. Here are a few positives for the company: 1. Heavenly Scent will always call a couple of days before the service to confirm the appointment which is very helpful, especially if we have a conflict. 2. Rescheduling service has always been very easy - it may be a different team, but they usually can make accommodations. 3. The house always looks very nice after they clean!

Unfortunately, the provider was not available during the time frame I needed. Therefore, service request was cancelled

We've had a number of house cleaners through the years and none have done a better job than Heavenly Scent. I noticed just about every part of the house was clean, from the shower to the blinds to the bathroom to the floors. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again.

They don't do what they claim they're gonna do.

They are always on time and consistently clean my house very well. Everyone in the office is always courteous and helpful including the owner.

The cleaners were extremely slow - especially since it is a job that is paid by the hour. All that I wanted was the house to be touched up since it was cleaned before leaving for the summer. A job that should have taken at most 2 hours, took 3 hours. The cleaners would stop and talk to each other during the whole cleaning, making the cleaning process drag on and the cost go up.

they arrived early and cleaned my guest house and the downstairs of my home. they did a great job, i would definitely use them again. i am going to contact them and see what they charge to do this service twice a month.

We have been using Heavenly Scent for a couples months now to come clean our house every two weeks. Its over a 4,000 sq ft home so a big job and have used a couple different cleaners in the past that don't compare. HS does a great job each time and will continue to use them. We also had a rental home we were selling and called them out to clean that and did an amazing job on the clean-out as well. If your looking for a dependable cleaning company give them a call you will not be disappointed.

The 2 young women who arrived were polite, friendly, and dressed professionally. They did a one time cleaning of my 1986sf 2 - story home. All in all, they did a good job. The master bedroom for some reason was somewhat neglected; the top of television armoire wasn't dusted/cleaned despite rest of armoire being cleaned, the tile bedroom floor was swept and mopped except for under the poster bed and behind moveable nightstands where significant dust bunnies remained. This was the only room not cleaned as well as we would have liked. The rest of the house, including bathrooms, was very nice.

I went through the lady on the phone about opening up the cabinets and everything that I wanted done. I even verified that she had got the details. They sent 2 people for 4 hours to clean and they didn't do a good job at all. My husband had to go behind them and clean again. Note that this was in a new home, that we didnt have much furniture in at all yet. My husband told me that he had asked them to clean out the dishwasher and also behind the dishwasher. He said that they didnt even clean off the tops of things and they also didn't clean behind the dishwasher or washer like we had asked them. My husband even had moved the appliances out for them. They also didnt clean out from under our beds either, and that had been specifically mentioned to them. I called Heavenly Scent to let them know we weren't happy at all.

A+++ Service! The ladies were professional, kind, efficient and hardworking - with results that were beyond reproach. In addition, the administrative staff that coordinated the date, time and payment of this service were extremely responsive, patient and accommodating. I will certainly contact Heavenly Scent Professionals for future service. PROS: These ladies are like clock work! We hire two maids for two hours each time. Every other week they show up on the same day at the same time and clean pretty much anything in our house that needs cleaning during that two hours. They are insured and background check all their maids. We have been using them for a little over two years now and have never had any problems. They do what they say they are going to do when they say are going to do it. You can't expect better service than that. Cons: One of the reasons I suspect their rates are so good is that they keep their maids very tightly scheduled. We get flawless service because we are regulars, but I have heard they can be difficult to schedule for one time cleanings especially around holidays. So you'll need to schedule them early for one time cleanings as they are in demand.

They are reliable and they are good so I have nothing bad to say about them.

I needed a cleaning company to come in and clean our rental home that we were moving out of. I had an extensive and specific cleaning list from our property management company that needed to be completed, and I did NOT want to do it all myself! I contacted Heavenly Scent and got an email back the same day from Darlene with an estimate and the assurance that I would receive the promotional pricing they had advertised. I was given an estimate for $158-$217 for a vacant home cleaning for 1900 sq ft.; 3-4 hours of cleaning with two maids. When I contacted her, they were able to schedule me for exactly when i needed the service performed. When I went to check the home after they had performed the cleaning, it was spotless. They did an amazing job, and even got our smooth top range immaculately clean (when we moved in, I thought it was scratched - turned out to just be some very stuck on grime!!) and better than when we moved in. The invoice they left was for an actual amount of around $250 - for 4 1/2 hours of cleaning. They noted on there that they needed additional time. When I checked my voice mail, i also found that Darlene had called to let me know as well that there was an additional cost beyond the estimate, due to them needing more time to complete all the items on our cleaning list. This was perfectly fine with me, and I appreciated their honesty and quick notice to me, to let me know what would be charged to the card I had on file. I would absolutely call them again if I wanted my house cleaned - they were great to deal with, fairly priced, and customer service was great!!

I grade them an A overall. I do not like the fact that they use the pine cleaner. They are not prompt.

I am very pleased with the work that this company provides. They are very thorough and follow up very well. I trust them while they are in my home cleaning. I plan to continue to use their service and I would certainly recommend them to others.

They call when they are on their way and when they are about to finish. They didn't bring a step ladder as I had requested, but someone did bring one half an hour later.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE PERSON THAT SET UP THE APPOINTMENT WAS VERY NICE & PROFESSIONAL. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO COME OUT. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, MY HOUSE WAS CLEAN & MY BASEBOARDS LOOKED THE WAY I WANTED THEM TO.

MY CLEANING TEAM WAS MARIA AND MARIA. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING IN NOOKS AND CORNERS AND MY BATHROOM. WHAT WAS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT WAS I HAVE SOME WALLS THAT HAVE NICHES THAT 20 FEET UP, AND THEY CALLED IN THEIR BOSS WHO BROUGHT A LADDER, SO THEY COULD CLEAN THE AREAS.

TWO LADIES CLEANED, AND WERE PROMPT IN THEIR ARRIVAL. PERHAPS BECAUSE MY COLLEGE-AGE DAUGHTER WAS THE ONLY ONE HOME, THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB, OR, PERHAPS, THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CLEAN THOROUGHLY. EXAMPLES: THE BATHROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY; THE SHOWER HAD SOAP SCUM STILL ON THE WALLS; THE FLOOR WAS STILL DIRTY; THE BATHTUB WAS ALREADY CLEAN, SINCE WE NEVER USE IT. THE HOUSE DID NOT SMELL CLEAN, AND I COULD HAVE DONE AS GOOD A JOB IN ONE HOUR. ALSO, ONE WORKER WAS SOMEWHAT CURT AND RUDE. I HAVE HIRED SEVERAL COMPANIES, AND WILL NOT HIRE THIS ONE AGAIN.
