They are very professional. I hsve a team come every 4 weeks to clean and shampoo about once a year. They are very good. I hsve had windows washed by them also. I am very pleased with their work.

I love every person they send but I also have a regular team I ask for and I’m always given. I appreciate that very much. I never have a complaint and I often feel they go above and beyond to make sure they hit some small detail that makes me go WOW they did that TOO!! Awesome!

They cleaned a dirty house and did more then I expected considering the time limitations. They did a better job than any other service I had. And they followed the directions I left for them

Everything about this company is great! The job they do is outstanding, no complaints whatsoever. They call to confirm the date and time a few days ahead and if for some reason you need to reschedule a cleaning date, they work with you to make that happen. I’ve had a few different cleaning companies that did a good job for the first couple of cleanings, then not so much! Heavenly Scent is always consistent and professional, the girls are friendly and hardworking. If you’re looking for scheduled housecleaning , a one time cleaning or a specific cleaning job that needs done, this is who you want to hire!

Great customer service. Cleaners were tardy. Quoted for 3.5 hour job but took 5 hours (which was well over my budget). I wish they would’ve done the best they could given the time limitation.

The ladies who came were very professional and did an excellent job. They always do more than I expect and I've never found anything they skipped. I'm so pleased to see my home looking its best. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great! Everything was nice and clean including the refrigerator and stove! Also the sliding glass door which I have dogs and they like to put their dirty wet paws On it all the time. I didn’t know the sliding glass door could get so clean again! We also had the carpet cleaned it looked great! I will use them again in the future.
