Wonderful,. Two ladies performed the work.

The ladies were very thorough. I only had to remind them once a few months ago not to wet mop my hardwood floors. Other than that, no problems.

Very well! They were very professional and did their work efficiently. That was really impressive. There were 3 women, they coordinated what they were going to do, they each took a job and did it and did it well. The dogs didn’t bother the ladies, they just went about their work. They weren’t like overly friendly or anything, but I wasn’t asking them to be my best friend, I was asking them to clean my house. They did a really good job.

2-man crew showed up (a little late) and spent ~ 4 hrs cleaning my windows. They did excellent work, were very pleasant and professional, used shoe covers in the house, etc. No complaints, windows look great, will definitely use again/recommend!

Rosa and Isela were absolutely amazing. I don't think this place has ever been as clean as when they left yesterday. All the porcelain, floors, and other surfaces simply glowed, and I'm still wandering through the house ooo--ing and ah---ing about clean stuff. I am SUPER PICKY (had another cleaner from Angie's list I tried twice but gave up on), and I NEVER lightly give a high rating. I am just thrilled with the quality of their work. My home looks and smells sparkling clean. They even polished up all the small appliances. I nearly cried they did such a great job. I am definitely a convert and will stick with this company. Try them out. A bit more expensive than the other company, but well worth it. Well worth it!

I love their service. I always ask for the same two ladies as they know my house inside out and know exactly what to do. I leave them alone and when I return the house looks like a show home again.

They were wonderful. Lola and Eliana did a great job. In addition to cleaning the house they cleaned the shower and polished some furniture. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Very good. I was impressed by the total cleaning they did including hand cleaning the baseboards. They cleaned 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and it was immaculate

Perla and Nora were awesome! I was overwhelmed as I had just gotten back into town and had company coming that very afternoon. I thought I would take a chance to see if they could send someone over that day. I bought the coupon on Angie's list for $119 for 2 hours and added an extra hour for $61.00. I called at about 9 am to see if there was any chance they could send someone over that same day. Perla and Nora were at my front door at 11:05!! I was stunned. They came in, asked me for instructions and got right to work. They worked hard and got everything done that I had asked for and did a fantastic job. Everything sparkled and smelled amazing. They cleaned my wood blinds, stainless, scrubbed the bathrooms, they even got all the way to the top of my giant entertainment center. They did a very good job scrubbing my tile floors. I had a previous company come out quite a while ago, and all they did was spray my floors with a spray bottle and wipe them with a cloth covered mop. Perla and Nora actually had a bucket of soapy water and scrubbed my floors with a real mop! Nice and clean and smelled great! I had asked them to sweep my front porch if they had time. One of them went out and actually scrubbed my porch!! I was impressed! I rarely have someone come out to clean for me, but after the treat of getting a sparkling clean and awesome smelling house, without having to spend an entire day sweating and doing it all myself, I will have Perla and Nora from Heavenly Scent, out again very soon. I highly recommend this company and this team.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician arrived at the expected time and was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. My carpet was due for a cleaning, but I was surprised at how filthy it actually was. Heavenly Scent did a great job restoring my carpet to its original state--I couldn't believe how clean they got it! I would definitely hire this company again.

I had a full cleaning with carpet and windows prior to a large party at my house. I had my house cleaned, windows done and carpets cleaned on the entire upstairs and the stairs. I had not cleaned the carpets in 3 years and they had a few stains. They came out very well and the stairs did not look like smashed carpet anymore. Windows were well done also. These were new services for me as I have used the maids for a few years and have had good service.

They were punctual and efficient. They did miss the bathroom lights in both baths, but perhaps they couldn't reach them? We are pleased and will use them again. bw in Mesa

Quick initial response and good flexibility with initial booking. On day of service they were late as they went to the wrong location. Turns out the office does not communicate with the cleaners. They did a very average job. Wiped over tough spots, Left many areas unclean. I added an additional hour at their recommendation. I agree they could have used even more time, but again, they didn't focus on the areas I requested. Office doesn't talk to staff.

Fantastic job by the two ladies who showed up on time, and worked very hard the entire time they were in our home. Loved the job they did so much that we plan on using them twice a month for cleaning our home. Very satisfied.

The two girls were very nice and professional, one spoke English so the communication/understanding the tasks needed was not a problem (some reviews I found stated this was an issue for them). ?They were fast but not where the tasks were half done at all. ?They only took five hours instead of the six I purchased as I was told that for this initial cleaning and size of the home I would have needed 7-8 hours. ?I would totally use them again but would look for another deal on the hourly rate. ?This was a great find for us and we were very satisfied. ?Both Angie's List and Heavenly Scent staff were easy and pleasant to talk with.

House had not been cleaned for quite a while. Cleaners were on time, professional, fast and thorough. Great job.
