The providers arrived within the brief time frame we were given. They washed the windows, bug screens, and cleaned the tracks. The windows and screens looked like new (they're 14 years old) when they were finished.

Super good job done and would hire in the future.

A wet cleaning solution was used. Most of the dirt and stains were removed but some still showed after the carpeting was dry, which took a long time. Not the best service we have used.

The Heavenly Scent Team was hired to clean our home. . The issue(s) are that the team stole from us. My daughter had placed her Microsoft Playstation Vita in its travel case on her dresser along with several games to pack for a trip. When she came home after the cleaner had left the case was there however, the Microsoft Vita and the games were missing. We called the company that night and left a message. We called the next day and talked with the manager. He stated that he would investigate and call us back. It has been over 3 weeks- We have called several times with no call back. Called today and once again we were told that the manager was not available and he would call us back ( FYI the receptionist didn't even ask for our name or number. . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ITEMS STOLEN FROM YOUR HOME !! THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS AND DO NOT DEAL WITH ISSUES DIRECTLY OR CARE THAT THEIR EMPLOYEES STEAL. IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING THEM STOP IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PROPERTY AND IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THEM DON'T.

Pricing and estimating practices are deceptive. Quote/estimate based on size, rooms and work to be done, but bill an hourly rate. Cleaning team was excellent! Did a great job.

The two-person team arrived early and did an excellent job. They began right away and tackled all rooms, moving efficiently from one room to the next.

This company is very professional and reliable. Their prices are reasonable. Their team of cleaners is very thorough and they really take pride in their work.

I've been using their service for close to a decade now. This company has a great reputation. The office staff is nice and helpful. They send a reminder call a couple of days before service. The maids are prompt, efficient, and consistent. I trust them in my home. Erica is the best maid and has been giving us excellent cleaning service for years! The owners are accessible and return my emails, and they do their best to accommodate their clients needs or requests. Our family is always happy when Heavenly Scent has cleaned!

We have them do a one-time cleaning for a big project, otherwise, we have them do housecleaning every other Friday.

They are fantastic. Everything was spotless. We have dogs and they were able to remove any dog odors, which I appreciated.

After our initial clean, we signed up for a recurring every other week service. So far, the service has been really, really good. We had them clean our carpets last week and this too was above our expectations!

The ladies were punctual and got right to work. They did an excellent job. Next time we will give them greener cleaning chemicals, as my husband is very sensitive to them, and they allow that!

The cost is $87.50 for 1-1/2 hours. I think the price is good. I trust them enough to leave the house when they're here. I would say they do a good job and they clean the glass/mirrors really well. I don't know why, but my mirrors just get streaks in them. They're very good at cleaning up the mirrors.
