Description of Work: They were to perform a detail cleaning of a completely vacant 2-bedroom rental which had already been cleaned. I specifically asked to have the window sills, small attached laundry room and kitchen/entry floors cleaned. The window sills/tracks and luandry room were not cleaned. When I called back, Sean, the mgr. said he saw the request for the three items in the notes. He called back and said the window sills were cleaned, but not the window tracks becuase it requires a special attachment on the vacuum cleaner and the laundry room wasn't cleaned becuase they didn't know they had to go through the back door too access it (even though I carefully explained that when I ordered service). He said they could go back and spend another half hour to complete the job for an additional $30. They got 1 out of 3 of my specific requests completed. I think they should have gone back and completed the job as I requested for the $129 they charged to clean a vacant home which was fairly clean to begin with. It was more of the principle and waste my time than anything else.

Description of Work: The cleaners were fantastic and pleasant and efficient and that was a really good thing. The B is for the office.. they don't seem to have it together very well. I didn't get a call to begin with I called them.. then they were to do a quote (I figured they would want my continued business???) they werent, didn't, and I haven't heard a peep from them since!.. I woulda been at least 2 weeks person but not sure now.. And the office didn't tell them anything about the 99 dollar special and I can tell it was because the girls don't get paid as much because they were visibly dissapointed (didn't say a word but I could tell) and had already made out a bill for twice the 99. I think maybe that's why I never had one before.. the girls were worth it and I know that the office gets the money so a little bad taste in my mouth at the end. But I would use them again IF THEY CALLED. | |

Description of Work: Ladies cleaned well. Were very open to the way I like cleaning done. I appreciated that they went room by room and didn't take on different parts of the house all at once. Unfortunately Heavenly Scent's equipment was not very good or in good condition, on my particular visit anyway, so I had them use mine. Wasn't happy to receive a follow up call telling me I owed money for additional time. I had to research this and phoned back 2 days later telling them I did not find the check. I was told then that it was found there!
