Description of Work: HEAVENLY SCENT PROFESSIONAL are a grade A+. I have nothing but praise for this company. They did not slack or hold back. I purchased 2 hours of cleaning service. These ladies truly performed magic. Bathrooms and Kitchen were spotless when they were done. In the days following the service, there were not missed areas. They really bring there "A" game. Description of Work: Ordered on Friday morning to schedule for Monday to clean home. Never got a phone call at ALL. I then proceeded to call on the Monday I needed my home cleaned, and ask if I was even on their list. Nonchalantly the front desk, checked and confirmed we paid and were ready to be scheduled. However, Monday was not possible. In a way it worked out; I cleaned my home for 12hrs every inch of it,I listened to the 70s station on DTV and heard a long lost Olivia Newton John hit "let me be there"! ;) oh....and saved $99!

They usually send the same two staff, so I feel comfortable leaving them in the home while I run errands or pick up my kids. | |I would appreciate a little more detail work, i.e. vacuuming under a coffee table or shelf, but if I ask them, they usually do it.

Description of Work: I used a coupon from either Groupon or Living Social for the service. They responded timely, showed up on time and did a great job. The house did have a "heavenly scent" which I loved. Added bonus, they folded the towels in the bath like in a fancy hotel. I would use them again.
