We had a window in our living room which was broken by our dogs. We called around for quotes and Glassbusters was who we decided to go with. We were quoted $75. When the tech arrived he took a quick look and said the following: "One problem. Its a putty window. That's going to affect labor costs". I asked him how much to which he responded that the price would increase to $125 from $75. The difference in labor? 5 minutes versus 20 minutes. Fifty dollars for 15 minutes extra labor. I practice medicine and don't command those rates! Needless to say I needed a window so he went ahead. I definitely would not call Glassbusters again. They won the battle, but lost the war!

While the service was excellent, their puncuality was somewhat lacking. The service man arrived over an hour after the two hour window that the company provided to me that morning. Additionally, the screen was not available at the time of the window installation. Apparently they sub-contract this work out and their supplier did not deliver timely. The screen was delivered a week later and because we were unable to have someone home to meet the installer, it was left on the front porch and we snapped it in ourselves. Not a difficult task but one that was included in the contract price.

Needed to replace glass in a large home window. Called and set up an appointment. Work was done on time, fast, friendly, and professional. Price was same as quoted on phone, no surprises.

They didn't come out. I called in and ordered. I called it in the morning and they told me I could come and pick it up at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The work was beautiful. Their prices were very reasonable. They have never been out to the house. Their prices were good. The workmanship was great. They did it very quickly. In fact, I am going to be going back to them for some more work. Their professionalism was great and wonderful.

I have worked with them 2 or 3 times and they have been pretty good. They always take care of it if there are any issues. They make it right and they show up when they say they will show up. They do a really good job. I don't have to worry about the guys stealing stuff. They are very honest people. They are very affordable and honest. I would use them again.

I went into the shop to purchase a piece of glass for my new coffee table. I had called first and didn't leave any information. When I walked into the shop, the original information had been written in a book even though no name. The owner found my information and offered another suggestion rather than paying the original estimate of $125.00. He explained the difference between beveling glass and sanded edges. He suggested that a coffee table didn't really need beveled edges. The saving by getting a great explanation was $75. Then I asked about melted seals in my windows. I thought I was going to have to replace the entire window. He is just going to come to the house, replace the seals and put in new glass. The cost is 80% less. I highly recommend this company for all glass needs.

It went great! They were able to tell me the exact costs over the phone, and their prices were better than other companies I called. Isaac was very punctual, polite, and easy to deal with. He worked really hard, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them, and I will call them again if I have any other glass repair issues.

They came out the very next day, they were fast and very clean. Keith the workman was very respectful and honest, one window I thought had to be replaced he told me how to have the manufacturer replace it for free. They were great I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. They were also much, much cheaper than the closest glass shop.

again the the man came out twice to fix the window the first tme with the wrong window because my wife told him it was a single pane instead of a double the representitive had no problem and told my wife the price of the right window and the date and time he could come back out with the right window didint charge a service call for the first time and was punctual and very nice and helpful the second time he came out very proffessional and prompt with the best price for the window on top of all the problem we put him through

The outside pane of a double pain window was shattered (probably by a rock from some neighborhood kids). The window was a small 18 x18 square window that did not open. I called Glassbusters and they gave me an approximate price over the phone (which sounded reasonable based upon research I had done) and said someone could be there to give an actual estimate the following day. John was on time and provided a more accurate estimate (it did go up because the window was Low E rated and I had not shared that on the phone call). The price was reasonable and I arranged for the work. They called me a couple of days later and said the window was ready; John installed it the following day. It was a pleasant experience all around (except for the neighborhood kids who broke the window in the first place.) I will probably use them again. John indicated they do screens and I may take one in for repair.

They do a good job. I have had one where I had switched from one cabinet to another and they cut down something for me and did a nice job. I have gone back to them several times because they have done a good job.

They were reliable and their pricing was good. Their customer service was good too. They did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves.

I took the doors to Glass Busters. They removed the tracks, cut the glass and reinstalled the tracks in about 20 minutes while I waited. I felt this was excellent service and they only charged me $25 for the modifications.

He was very pleasant, very nice. He came in and he sat down and I had to introduce him to my doberman. He was very good, and he knew what he was doing. He said he couldn't take it out whole. So he went and got it and came back, and pulled the door out and very carefully laid it on the cement. Got it all out and swept it all up. Then he dumped it and you can't tell that it was even taken apart it was done so nicely. The door worked very smoothly.

They fixed both the broken pane and window. Since the original estimate changed once they discovered what the real problem was they kept us informed the entire time. What I liked best was that they were good about explaining things and made sure I understood what they were going to do. I would definitely use them again.

JOHN WAS VERY COURTEOUS & POLITE. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND THIS COMPANY IS VERY WELL RUN BECAUSE THEY FOLLOWS THROUGH IN ALL STEPS OF THE TRANSACTION.
