Technician was on time and repaired it promptly and professionally. No attempt to upsell. Only did what was necessary, and even took the time to adjust the rest of the stove so it works better.

Tech ran a test load and noticed severe imbalance. Noticed after careful observation root problem of machines not properly resting on pedestals. Realigned the washer and dryer on pedestals and now silent balanced operations. Note imbalance existed with the smallest of loads...

I would not recommend them. We used them once and we liked them and he did good work. We called him several times after that and he never returned our messages. The price was okay and the quality of his work was average. He never called back when I called him so I thought his responsiveness was very poor. The first time he was fine but after that he never called back. I called about 3 times. He was professional and it was about average.

He very quickly assessed that our dryer was in fact working but that the ducting was blocked and therefore there was not enough airflow. He noted that the dryer was quite old and that it would not be worth any major repair. He said to just keep running it until it stops. Because of this we were able to cancel an order we had for a new dryer saving us at least $400.

I last used East Valley to repair a washer, that Sears said they couldn't fix. I thought they did a great job, and the pricing was competitive. I would definitely use them again.

I worked with them a few times but I don’t remember how much they charged me for their services. The people were very good and very polite. They were very professional. They were very easy to understand in their explanations as to what they did and what their opinion was. I will use them again in the future.

They were on time which is big with me. They were neat and clean. They explained what they needed to do. The price was reasonable. He was very respectful in explaining what I was doing that was the cause of the problem.

Went well. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed it and tested my washer to make sure it was working properly. Did a good job and cleaned up after he was done.

Overall, the experience with this company was excellent. Something was wrong with our fridge, and a few other companies told us we would need to replace the motor, even though the fridge was only a few years old. The technician from East Valley arrived promptly, and told us that the only thing that needed to be replaced was the water line. My husband was capable to do the work, so the technician told him what part was needed and how to do the work. I definitely appreciated his honesty and he didn't even charge us anything for the visit!

They were polite and fixed problem quickly.I haven't experienced any problems with the refrigerator since their visit.

They are great. They explained everything was being done and they actually did more than they were supposed to do.

My clothes washing machine stopped working. I called several large appliance repair services on Angie's List. East Valley was available to see the problem that same afternoon. he came and quickly determined that repair was not cost effective and it would be cheaper to replace the washer. he recommended several brands and cautioned about several brands. he suggested where to shop for the best deals. His information was very helpful in locating the brand i wanted and getting a very good price

Great install! Everything looks fabulous and works well. The installer also gave me some hints on how to better use my dishwasher which I had never heard before! Excellent value!

Overall, the repair experience was as good as could be expected. This particular model seemed perplexing to one of the techicians (there were three that were involved, including the owner). Again, the manufacturer seemed to be part of the problem. Frankly, if I hadn't chosen East Valley from Angie's list (they're a gold award winner or something), I don't know if I would have had the confidence that my $400 wasn't going down the drain. It's like having a friend tell you about a friend -- you just know it's going to work out in the end.

They were reasonable. My experience was fine. They were great. They were funny because the guy was joking with my husband. They were friendly and they fixed it. They cleaned even before I asked them to clean. They stayed within the estimate. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They were great. We do property management, so we regularly use them. We spent $65 on that service and they were out here for about 2.5 hours, so we were very pleased. Their customer service was also excellent. A lot of times we deal with these companies and their service is not very good and with our business we need to ensure that we are sending good people out there, fortunately East Valley does a very good job for us. They do a really good job.

Repairman checked the refridgerator and told us he would not be able to fix it and guarantee that it would continue to work. I appreciated his honesty.

It went well, but could have gone better had the refrigerator duplicated the noise. But since the noise is intermittent, and not constant, its vitrually impossible for anyone to diagnose the problem.

During my initial call she took my credit card number, but the second time I called, she had to take my card number a second time, saying she no longer had it. After this I found a fradulent charge on my credit card from the Phoenix area from DH Pace. I'm waiting for their response after they check into the fraudulent charge or loss of information.

The first techician that came out mis-diagnosed the problem. Actually said there was not a problem with the washer and the problem was with my plumbing. I did ask him to pull out the washer but he would not stating that if there was a leak in my washer it would be seen in the pedestal drawer that the washer sits on. A couple days later I ran the washer and again there was water on the floor - so I had my husband pull out the washer. I saw where the water was leaking from and then called the company back. They sent out a different tech and he diagnosed the problem - was a hose in the washer with a small hole in it. He did not have the part on hand but had to get one and later that day the problem was fixed.

John, the repairman, was very nice and professional. He arrived on time. He gave us a lot of hints about prolonging our washer and dryer's life. It did take a little longer than we would have liked since the broken part had to be ordered. But I realize that it would be impossible to carry around every single part that might possibly be needed. We will definitely use East Vally Appliance in the future.

John identified several things wrong and gave me an estimate of the charges. When I heard how broken the unit was, and how expensive it would be to fix. I decided to just buy a new one. (The brand is not common so it was very expensive to fix.) John did not try to talk me into repairs - he supported my decision to buy a new one. I appreciated not being pressured to have it repaired, which would have been very profitable for the company. I love my new dishwasher and I am happy with my decision.

Excellent experience. Our service technician called us to let us know he would be arriving towards the end of our window because a job he thought would be small was much bigger. He arrived when he said he would and explained that it would be cheaper to replace the dishwasher than fix the element that was wearing out. In the meantime, he recommended that we use Lemi-Shine to help with hard water deposits on the motor. Lemi-Shine has been an excellent short-term fix while we shop for a new dishwasher. We appreciate his honesty and the tip on a low-cost short-term fix.
