East Valley Super Techs

I called them on Friday afternoon. A guy came the very next day and immediately knew what was wrong. This is the second company I had come and look at the dryer and they were quick, professional and had it repaired immediately. The first company I had look at it said they would take a couple of weeks because Samsung’s are difficult to fix.

Super,he was first to answer his phone and commit to a date for repair, prompt and courteous.

Everything went great, they were able to schedule with me to be here on my day off. They got the garbage disposal fixed and ordered a part for the fridge. Once the part came in they called and scheduled the install same day. Now have a working disposal and ice maker again.

Fantastic! The repairman was fast, courteous and professional. He did need to run out and get the part, but he was back and had it fixed pretty quickly.

They were ok. I think they were a little pricey. I had called them twice for two different problems. One was for the ice maker and the last one was that the refrigerator wasn't working. For each case it was $400. For the freezer thing was that it was just frozen and all they did was thaw it. I don't know why it was $400. They did the job and their manners were good. I don't have any personal complaints. I don't think it's just them I think a lot of people overcharge. There are people out that really are unscrupulous. I can't say that these people were unscrupulous because it was basically labor. And if they think their labor is worth $400 then oh well. I am very satisfied with the way they spoke and they fixed the problem, but I feel like I was way overcharged. The work they did was fine. If I ever have to call appliance people I am going to do a little more detailed research because I haven't found too many to be honest. I got this company from Angie's List.

They were pretty good. I wasn't charged anything. They didn't do anything. They got back to me within 2 days and said that I had to get through like the manufacturer because they don't deal with my model a whole lot. They didn't charge me anything for coming out or anything so it was okay. They were trying to figure out if they could do anything with it. They researched it. They don't have the capability of taking care of that type of dryer. I basically had to get in contact with the manufacturer. They came out that day.

The technician was very knowledgeable about this type of washer and he determined that the bearings were going bad. He went in to great detail on the parts, labor, and process to fix the washer. We now have determine if we should repair the washer or purchase a new one. I would highly recommend East Valley Appliance Repair.

Technician was professional, courteous and diagnosed problem quickly.

I left a message on their answering machine and never received a call back. I therefore called another appliance repair company who responded immediately and sent their repairman the next day. The repair was done successfully and professionally by Valley Wide Appliance Repair.

Went great took 2 minutes to find and 3 minutes to fix. Great Technician. Will call these guys again.

Brought a dishwasher through Lowe's and they are the company they use to install. Lowe's should rethink this; didn't call for 2 days to set up installation, was told they would be here between 7-9 as I had to be out by 11 for a doctor appointment, didn't show up until after 10 and I had to call twice to find out when they would be here. Stay away, use another company!

I called to schedule a technician to service an issue with a dishwasher not draining properly. I was given some steps I could check on my own if I desired related to the garbage disposal (which does appear to be the source of the issue); but this is a rental property and I am currently unable to perform the steps. If this were my own home, I might be able to fix the issue myself with the information provided. When I gave the location of my property, it turns out that is not in the service area for the provider. I was referred to another provider, which I promptly looked up in Angie's List and they also have great reviews.

I called this company today (Tuesday 2/2/2016 I I had gotten the name from Angie's list) at 12:39 and explained my refrigerator died. Then approx. 3:00pm I sent them a service request through Angie's list because I hadn't heard back from them and explained again I needed service that the fridge wasn't working and I was losing what food was in there as it was heating up. They finally called me back at 8:30am the NEXT day (Wednesday 2/3/2016), I again explained what was going on and I really needed service. She said well our next service will be Friday, I was shocked as they advertised Same Day Service available, We Have A Fleet Of Vans Ready to Serve! I guess my idea of something that needs to be done right away/same day (or at least 1 day later) is very different from theirs. I told her that was not acceptable and said good-bye. I called another company from Angie's list, they understood my need for immediate service and came the same day. I did give the other company a glowing review.

It went great, we thought we had a bigger problem with our RO but turned out a new filter was the trick.

Excellent repair service by professional technician, done in a timely and appropriately priced manner. What more can you ask for?

When I called they answered all of my questions and she stayed on the phone with me explaining how everything works as it relates to a tune-up. The tech who came to the house did a good job. It's nice to use local companies that are family owned and operated!

Having an appliance repaired by East Valley Appliance Repair is definitely positive experience. We own a Fisher/Paykel washer and dryer. No one wants to work on them! But Mike, the owner, and Kory his technician assistant, love these machines. Recently our washer wouldn't drain, so I called East Valley. It turns out that a small glasses cleaning rag had escaped and had lodged itself in the pump drain. Problem easily resolved. Between the time I called to set up an appointment with East Valley and the day Mike came, our garbage disposal, reverse osmosis water system and our refrigerator's water dispenser also went on the fritz. After Mike fixed the washer problem he volunteered to look at the newest problems, and he easily solved those too. He didn't just fix what he was scheduled to fix. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed! Today Kory came to see why our dryer wasn't heating. He knew right away what the issue was and readily fixed it, even taking on the task of vacuuming behind the washer and dryer. These guys are so competent and so service oriented and so pleasant! What a relief to have a go-to appliance repair service! Absolutely recommend East Valley Appliance Repair.

Kory called in advance as promised and arrived promptly. I had an intermittent issue with my dryer, and the dryer was working with Kory arrived. He took the time to make several calls to address the issue and make sure I didn't have an ongoing problem (dryer wasn't turning off - though it just happened to work when he was there). He explained the issue clearly and was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

It was retrieved without difficulty, all was inspected and small amount of accumulated lint was removed. Great job, great service, provided helpful instruction along the way.

Excellent as always. They were courteous, on time, fixed the problem quickly, and cleaned up all the lint that came out of the dryer. We have used them before for a broken microwave and had excellent service then too.

Owner was straight up guy and would use again

Kory the appliance tech was wonderful to deal with. He knew what the problem was right away and quickly fixed the iced over freezer drain for our Whirlpool Gold refrigerator. He was more than happy to explain the step by step process to remedy the problem if it reoccurs again. It was a pleasure dealing with professionals with integrity! I'll definitely use this company again for any appliance repairs.

Sent appointment request through Angie's List. No response. Called phone number provided and told they no longer service all areas shown on list. In addition website address on list not current..

From now on Mike and his company are the only ones allowed to work on my appliances or A/C. I called to kill 2 birds with one stone. I had a fridge just sitting in the garage that needed to be repaired and our homes A/C unit would not turn on. So he came out and the company that repaired my fridge about seven years ago put a junk hard start kit on my fridge. Mike replaced it with a OEM stuff and it has been running since. We have been in the house for less than a year and a half. A year ago ago the A/C would not turn on, a company came out and said the thermostat was wired wrong. It worked until winter, it started squealing horrible and then stopped working. I had a buddy who works in commercial refrigeration that wanted to work on it, after 2 days he found a blown fuse in the air handler and he told me I do not need a new fan. The A/C unit ran for a while, occasionally making horrible squealing noises, then it died again. When Mike came out he found a hot wire for the compressor heater arching across the compressor and a bad fan. Needless to say in one trip Mike fixed everyone else's mistakes the first time. He is hired for life! A+
