Not so hot but that was not the companies fault. It was time to take the Washer out in back and shoot it.

I called East Valley Appliance because our GE microwave turntable had stopped turning. Also, our dryer had begun making a very loud high pitched squeak when it turned. Mike (the owner) is very professional and knows his business. We scheduled a time for a Technician to come out. The Technician arrived and took apart the microwave in minutes. He used his diagnostic tools to help determine the problem - same with the dryer. He was able to put a part in the dryer to take the noise away, but had to order a small part he noticed was wearing out. He ordered parts for the microwave and the dryer before he left. I was notified when the part came in and another appointment was scheduled. This time it was the actual owner that arrived and he installed the parts for both the microwave and dryer. The first and second (final) visit was one week apart. Total cost was approximately $200. I only have good things to say about this company. They know their business and can help you with a small appliance. I will definitley recommend them to friends and family.

It's difficult to find companies to come out to the far east valley just west of Gold Canyon but they service that area. I'm very please with the service rendered by this company and will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I called the service and they had a technician out the next day. A big surprise to me...The technician was well dressed and respectful. He asked a few questions that lead him straight to the problem. Unfortunately the whole ice maker guts had to be replaced (all one piece). Anyway, he had the part on the truck and had my ice maker up and running in just a few minutes.

We had a leak in the inside of our washer. At the end of a cycle, water would puddle up at the bottom. This a newer washer, less than 3 years old. I had a service contract with Lowes, but they contracted it out to a company that never showed up. I decided to use Angie's List and that is why I chose this company. I would be wary of these service contracts because you never know who will ultimately do the service. The servive guy showed up promptly and identified the issue. He showed me that it was a faulty valve that needed to be replaced. He ordered the new valve and replaced the valve about a few days later when it came in.

They diagnosed the problem thoroughly over the phone ad came prepared to work on the large sacked units in a tight space. They arrived on time, begin immediately, worked non stop and completed the job in under an hour. I would certainly use them again. Thanks Angie's List for saving us time, money and finding an honest company.

I called on 12/19/2012 . First appt. on 12/20/12 .service completed after ordering the part on 01/02/2013. happy with service. laber and part were some over priced. I sugest this company looking to find company that sale part lower price and locally that does not take so much time and money.some where like Appliance part company with 6 locations in all around city.

We originally called another company who sent out two "technicians". Both were sloppy and unprofessional. They claimed to know what the problem was, but didn't have their "price sheet" with them, so didn't know how much the "part" would be. They were going back to the shop and would call me back with a price. NEVER heard from them again! Called East Valley, set up an appointment for the next day, the technician called before arriving. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time at all. He was very polite and professional. And, obviously, there was no "part" to price like the 1st company said. We will definitely call East Valley again.

Very happy with the experience. Refrigerator went down. They came out quickly and did the work for a fair price. We had emptied the refrigerator so that we would not have to pay someone to empty it to service it.

Anthony was so nice, polite, clean and considerate to an old lady.

Our washer started leaking. East Valley Repair came out one day to diagnose the problem. They found it quick but also checked for other signs of wear & tear. They found the water pump was leaking and had a bad belt. They checked on parts right there, and gave me an estimate of the total cost up front. They asked to pay at least for the parts ordered which I thought was fair. They came back the next day installed the water pump and belt within 30 minutes. The $200 spent to repair the washer saved me from having to make a more expensive purchase I couldn't afford at the time. I've had bad luck in the past with appliance repairs and they restored confidence. They are definitely worth the money spent and would recommend them.

Technician (Anthony) phoned on Friday to let us know he could be here earlier than originally scheduled, which was fine with us. He took the time to listen to my description of the problem, then quickly diagnosed it to a defective ice maker which was not in use. Ice maker removed....problem solved! Very satisfied with service and will certainly use this company again.

The technician was friendly, quick and knew exactly what to do.

The EVAR technician who had repaired our clothes washer also knew how to find the proper parts for our oven, even though GE had discontinued it and eliminated the parts from their storage facilities. Again, the EVAR company, although small, can do excellent work on our appliances. We will definitely keep this company in mind for any and all future appliance problems.

Mike is awesome!! He can out at the appointed time (even called ahead to let me know when he was 10 minutes away) and very quickly diagnosed the problem(bad pump) on our washing machine. He had to order the part and come back and install it. When he did the installation he was quick, careful not to make a mess and very polite. My wife had a noise concern a couple of days later and he sent another technician( Anthony) who addressed my wife's concern politely and efficiently as well. They both made sure we were completely satisfied with the work!! The guys are top notch and understand customer concerns. I highly recommend Mike's company and would use them again if I another appliance needed repair.

Service person insisted that the perfornce of the new burner was as designed even though not the same as its sister burner onthe same device. I will not argue. The guy was not able to do better. We will need to find another solution when we can.

Attempted DIY didn't work. I needed expert help and they provided it. They were prompt and efficient. Work address in East GIlbert AZ

We had family in town and a fridge unusually full of food. I while the freezer was ice cold, the fridge was decidedly warm. The technician came out promptly. Checked for the cheap fixes first, but unfortunately it was a bad board that controlled the defrost cycle and needed to be replaced. The technician manually defrosted the duct work to the fridge and returned a few days later to replace the board. Most of the food was saved, and the experience was a good one. Gave some advice on issues I was having with the dryer while he was there too. Fridge has had no issues since the repair. Would go to again without hesitation.

Reasonable price. He was good. I would use him again. He seems to know what he is doing.

I called right when they opened and then again 5 minutes later. Rolls right to a voicemail. Was getting ansy so called the next rated company that has great reviews. He answered immediately and scheduled me for today. It's now about 1/2 hr. after I left my message and had to call East Valley Appliance Repair back to let them know I went with another company. Suggestion would be to ANSWER THE PHONE at all costs - especially in the morning! A big no-no... Rolling right to voicemail. I've had to wait but being put on hold is so much more reassuring than going right to voicemail. I learned that the other company I went with opens at 7:30 which is a big plus - I can get scheduled that much sooner during the morning so I can get on with the rest of my day.

Very competent. Did not have needed part so went to the plumbing suppy retailer. Tiny part cost a lot of money. Service fee waived. Total project costs not too bad.
