Went very well. He charged what he said he would, he came when he said he would come, and he got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied.

They were professional and extremely responsive. They were able to come out right away, and that was very good. They fixed the problem, and they actually guaranteed the repair for a year, which was nice. My interaction with the people that came out was good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were prompt, quick and efficient, and took care of the problem right away. He got everything running well for me. He was in and out quickly. They were sure to let me know about the discounts for future work; they told me that for every service that we call them, they would provide a 10% discount because we are an Angie?s List member. I really appreciated all that information. Although I don?t remember the exact cost, I remember that my husband and I thought their price was reasonable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I would call them again because I have a dishwasher that needs repair.

It went great. This is our second time using East Valley Appliance, and we have been very pleased both times. ( The other time our dryer was repaired.) It was easy to get an appointment, they have Saturday hours, and they work efficiently. Another thing I appreciated was that Mike gave us more info on how our fridge worked and suggested ways to maximize our fridge's life span. I would not hesitate to call them again.

He charged $65 and we checked the breakers before he came out and when he checked them, but that wasn't the problem. He suggested we purchase a new one. He lifted it out and put it back the way it was. I appreciated his honesty. He spoke well of the company he worked for and spoke of others that were not honest. Once he left, I pressed a button and the cook top came back on and haven't had a problem since. Possibly something he did helped it repair itself. I am a little leery that he didn't know the problem, just happened to luck out possibly.

I phoned the EVAR office in the morning, was greeted pleasantly and was scheduled for an appointment the same afternoon. I was given a window of two hours during which the technician would arrive. Our technician, John, phoned to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived well within the identified window of time. He thoroughly examined my washer, officially pronounced it deceased, answered my questions about a replacement washer and even threw in a silly "appliance joke" in the process. I was only charged for the service call. It was an efficient and pleasant experience all around and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair.

They did a great work. The person who came fixed the problem, and he was able to see something else that was not working properly. He ended up fixing everything, and he did a very good job. He was very punctual and timely in the repair. The person went to buy a part and was back within an hour. He took care of the problem very well.

The glass cooktop for our Maytag smoothtop range had cracked. We asked them to replace it. It's an expensive part ($200) but cheaper than a new stove. They had to special-order the part which took a week or so, but they told me everything up front so I wasn't upset by this delay. I called East Valley Appliance Repair them because they had done repairs for us before, on other appliances, and had given us advice on what to buy. They had won my trust. They installed on time and did a good job. They charged us a little less than the original estimate. We are happy with their service.

The company was very good as far as being on time, and courteous. However, we were not satisfied that the repair person did as much as could be done to save both time and money. Two days after the initial visit, a new part was installed but did not solve the problem. Repair person THEN looked at the next most obvious area, and simply connected a loose wire. Machine was thus "repaired". The $89 part we were forced to buy was not defective and not needed. This could have been fixed on the first visit with a little more careful inspection and/or experience working on the model (Whirlpool). Labor was about $100. even after the 10% Angie's list discount and no "service call" charge. Very pricey for a so-so effort. We will look for a different repair company in the future.

Arrived at 4 PM within the 3 - 6 PM time frame. Done in one hour. After replacing the thermostat we were given the option of allowing natural defrosting which would have taken about 24 hours or have the technician defrost with an electric gun for an extra $60.00 We chose the $60.00 option which is in the above price which reflects the Angie's List 10% discount.

I was very pleased with the dishwasher installation which was why I used them again for repairing my refrigerator. They came out promptly and fixed it since there was some leak. They didn?t charge me anything for the part and charged me only for the service call. They were very helpful. I liked the fact that they were prompt and courteous. They came right at the time they said they would come. I would use their services in the future too.

They were excellent and I would highly recommend them. He has helped me with purchasing the oven. They are going to come back to install the new one and haul away the old one.

The technician called right before he arrived. He ran the diagnostics on the machine and didn't find a problem. He told me the water temperature at our house was too low. I turned up the temperature on the hot water heater. He explained that if I still had trouble we may have to replace the heater coil in the dishwasher, but he didn't think it would be necessary. If he had to come back, there would not be another service fee.

They had very good prices. If there is anything else that needs to be done, they will come back at no extra charge. They stood behind their service and charged a very reasonable price.

Overall great experience. Michael showed up on time, found the defective switch quickly (not sure why I didn't catch it) and ordered a replacement which was installed later in the day. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again when problems arise.

Our freezer defrosted and wasn't cooling all of a sudden. So we thought that we had to replace it. We called two different companies and East Valley came out to look at my refrigerator. They then just replaced the part that wasn't working instead of replacing the entire refrigerator. I was very pleased with them. We chose them, as they were being honest when we had a conversation with them over the phone. We were very happy as well. They also showed up on time. The person who was supposed to come out didn't show up when they said they were going to. They thought that they had to come out after two days. That's when we called East Valley Appliance Repair and they readily agreed to come out. They came on time and were professional. We had a very good experience with them. I would use their services in the future as well.

I called and spoke with Robert who was very accommodating and he was able to schedule an installation the next day. He was able to give me a workable time block and a general estimate of cost. The technician arrived and immediately went to work. He completed the job in a timely fashion and was very meticulous about cleaning up his work area. He also spent time reviewing all of the dishwasher options and giving me tips on how to keep it running well. I really appreciated that !

Scheduled appointment for next day but they worked me in same day. Charged according to price quoted. Great job, technician polite, careful, and knowledgeable.

The man who answered the phone was friendly, polite, and very willing to help me find someone to fix my washing machine. He called his tech, who was able to work me in that day, and immediately called me back with an appointment time. The tech, Mike, showed up on time with a helper. They went straight to work, even warning me that the floor would get wet when they disconnected the drain hose. I thought that was nice (not necessary, but nice). He could tell the drain pump was clogged right away - after unclogging it (2 quarters, empty those pockets), he noted that it needed to be replaced, and ran out to buy a part, coming straight back to install it and finish the job. The machine works beautifully now - and I was happy to see that when they do a repair the service call fee was waived. The machine works beautifully now, I would definitely call this company first next time I need a major appliance repair.
