Description of Work: Replaced ice maker. H sad to order part, but had it in 2 days & installed on 3rd day. Very professionally done. Technician was very knowledgeable, showed me the failure mode on old unit and clearly explained the need for a new unit.

Description of Work: Fisher/Paykel washers and dryers are a great brand from Australia/New Zeland, but there are few companies who service these washers/dryers. We tried 3 companies who said they serviced F/P, but then said they didn't. East Valley came to the rescue. Replaced the washer pump, showed us how to clean the washer, even gave advice about cleaning lint and dryer vent for the dryer also Fisher/Paykel. They will be our go-to appliance repair people from now on.

Description of Work: Washer was not running properly. Transmission was suspected to be broken. However, Cory discovered a part was loose and it was an easy fix. He could have easily cheated us - but he was honest. Explained repair. Also very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Discovered the thermal couple problem on day 2 but had the part and able to do the repair. Very pleased with the owner and his work ethic.

Said it would be better in the long run to replace the appliances insted of doing costly repairs to 8 year old units. That's honesty!

Description of Work: Our icemake on our Frigidaire went out ! It no longer made ice cubes, and we also discovered the water dispenser was not shutting off completly, and water was dripping out into the tray and eventually down the front of the refrigerator.Mike came out and after checking out the refrigerator gave me an estimate to replace the ice maker, and put in a new water dispenser shutoff. We discovered to that my copper turbing behind the refrig had a kink in it from my rolling it in and out a few too many times . This was why the water fill was slower than it used to be. I had him put on a new flexible water supply line, and also added a nother filter to the water line to help in providing better tasting water.. Overall I was very well pleased with Mike's service. He and his associates are all very professional. I would use this company again.
