Work crew was on time and did a satisfactory job. Issue was with the billing and workscope. They were charging me for work not performed, it took them 3-4 weeks after completion to come out and inspect. Only then did they recant on the workscope. I was also charged for repairs to damage that they caused after they told insurance that there would be no charge. Very frustrating, I paid the bill but I would not recommend them as a result of all of this frustration.

Dry Star arrived same day within an hour of call. They were quick to ***** the situation and take action required. Explained the whole process with the claim and also help me with the insurance company. Aaron and Justin came in today to pick up the equipment. Really nice attitude, respectable. Overall great experience.

Justin and his team did a fantastic job clearly explaining what needed to be done to remove the water damage in our home. All questions were answered thoroughly and he and his team members promptly arrived at the times discussed. Highly recommend this company.

Imagine coming home from work and having water pouring out your front door. We had a pipe break. Drystar was at my home within 30 minutes of me calling them. They explained how they were going to dry out my home and they even stored my belongings while the repairs were being done. They dealt with my insurance company, saving me a lot of headaches. While I hope I don't ever need to use drystar, if I come home to a flooded home again, Drystar will be the first call I make

When our kitchen flooded I didn’t know where to start! I called Drystar not really knowing what to expect and I am so glad I did! They were professional and so easy to work with. The professionalism this company has is astounding. They truly went above and beyond making sure my husband and I were taken care of and our needs were met with getting our house repaired. Not only did this company answer all of our questions in a timely manner, they worked with us on adding upgrades to our home. Highly recommend.

At midnight my son comes home and discovers water leaking in the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom which is directly below the upstairs bathroom. This is not the first time. However since we have a tenant arriving in five days, time was of the essence. The son ripped off the drywall which exposed all the pipe drains from the toilet and the sink and he sought to replicate the leak without success. When he called me I said a plumber is already scheduled for the morning to install new faucets. The plumber discovered the source and asked me if I was interested in a restoration service. Looking a ceiling with obvious water damage and exposed joists that were very damp, I called he vendor he recommend, Drystar, even though there was no Angies List record., They arrived within the hour, assessed the damage, explained the process to me of first drying out the water damage and then beginning the restoration. They could not have been faster or more professional. Two hours later they left with equipment in place, schedule the follow-up visit the following day to a**** that the equipment is working. So far, so good. Francisco (Frank) knows what he is doing and explained everything to us and answered all our questions.
