Daniel's Clean Up & Hauling

Called Daniel twice. He then agreed to view the job and give an estimate. Quoted me $450. for the entire job. Daniel showed up on time with 3 other men and was very polite. In mid afternoon he had to leave and asked to be paid half the agreed amount. Next day he called to say he had underbid the job and suggested I find someone else. I did find someone else who finished the job for less money.

Checked in with me throughout the day to make sure that the word was exceeding my expectations. Hauled all the yard debris out, raked everything clean. Extremely professional. Competitive price. Pride in work....excellent. Would highly recommend and will use for !! Our yard has never looked so great!

He was pleasant, fast and efficient.

Daniel promptly returned our call for hauling services. He showed up on time and hauled away a pile of old rotten lumber in about a half hour. He was friendly but worked quickly and steadily till the job was done.

I had them come in and totally clean my front and back yards. Cut back all frost damage, pull all weeds, clean up all animal feces and clean up any and all trash/debris. I got way more than I expected for the price. Very thorough, vey professional, took a long time but got 120% of what I wanted done. Even raked the rocks. My next door neighbor was so impressed that he called Daniel and had him come out this week to do the same! I wish he provided weekly landscaping maintenance because I'd definitely use him.

Very happy with Daniel's work! I have an old spa in my backyard that had been installed by the previous owners of my house. It was in disrepair and had not been used for several years. We are redoing the backyard and needed to get rid of this monstrosity--it was too big to actually get around the side of the house in one piece! I found Daniel's name on Angie's list and called. He answered the phone himself, was very pleasant and professional, and came out for a free estimate the next day. He was ready to do the job immediately if I agreed on the price. His price was $100 less than what I was quoted from a national company. He had an assistant, all the power tools required, and a big truck to take everything away. He used a chainsaw to break up the spa. Best of all, he cleaned up the area thoroughly, taking away every last bit of junk! He even rinsed the area with a hose to clear off the dirt. Lastly, he was super friendly and nice to work with! This is important for those of us women who are home alone. With bigger companies, you just don't know who they are going to send. Definitely recommend him!

We have a family member that is a hoarder and cannot return to his home until it is in livable condition. Daniel and one employee made a HUGE dent in the years of accumulated garbage in just hours. He made sure no "non-garbage" was removed and didn't bat an eye at this immense and daunting project.

I had cleaned out my garage and put the stuff I wanted hauled away on one side of my house. Daniel and another gentleman came out at the appointed time, gave me an estimate, and hauled it away promptly and efficiently. Very agreeable and professional; no problems encountered at all. Fee was extremely reasonable considering the amount of stuff I had. Highly recommended.

Not much to tell. He came. He did the job. He left. He did a good job and I'd use him again.

Called Daniel on a Sunday. He took my info and showed up Monday at the agreed time with a phone call 15min. before arrival. I showed him what I wanted done and he quoted me a price which I agreed on. He left to pick his wife up from the doctors and returned at the agreed time with a phone call on arrival in the alley to start work. When he finished loading everything in the trailer I got another phone call for me to come out and inspect the area. The clean up area was perfect. Not a spec of anything left and the area was raked. I'm impressed, I thought the price quote a bit pricey at first but the quality of the service was well worth every dollar. Not only that but I liked the guy too!! Can't get better service than this! Would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Danny responded promptly to my request for an estimate, scheduled the job in a timely manner, showed up on time and got the job done. He is superlative in customer service, responsiveness, and care in making sure the work was done and done right. Not only do the trees look a million times better, but EVERYthing was cleaned up and hauled away. He and his brother managed to figure out how to trim the ash that was breaking through my fence, without having to take down the fence to get to it. And...to top it off...the price was right. I knew it was a big job, but didn't realized HOW big -- he arrived at my house at 6 am, and was just finishing up when I got home from work. I plan to set up something on a regular schedule with him, so we can keep ahead of the game. I had called 5 companies with "A" recommendations, they all responded in a timely manner, 3 were able to provide me with estimates by noon of the day following my call. They all had excellent reviews, responded quickly and professionally. The final decision came down to the bottom line and attitude toward custoemer service. Not only is professional, but he's a good guy. I will hire Danny again, and so should you!

I called Daniel as one of a few based on reports on Angie's list. I called him and asked for an estimate. Since I work, we talked about his coming out prior to my leaving work or coming out after one day. That same day, he called me back and told me he was at my house. I told him he could go in through the back gate but to make sure my dog didn't get out. As he walked both the front and back yards, we discussed exactly what I needed, including the sod. Daniel was very attentive and repeated back what I needed. He said he would get back to me with an estimate. A couple of days later, Daniel called with an estimate of $300, which included the sod. I said great - let's set a date. I was getting my roof repaired during that time and I didn't want the yard work done before that was finished so we settled on 7/24/10 at 7:00 a.m. Daniel called to confirm twice prior to 7/24/10. He even found me a small push mower that would have been perfect for my little grass area. Because I have a bad back, I was more than excited to get my yard done and to have a little patch of grass for my 16 year old dog. And a push mower on top of that. It couldn't have gotten any better. Saturday came and I was up by 6:00 a.m. to be able to greet Daniel and his workers. 7:00 a.m. came and went and so did 8:00 a.m. About 8:30 a.m., I received a voice mail from Daniel saying that he wanted to "touch base with me about my yard and to make sure I was home." I immediately called him back and he asked how I was and I said not happy. He didn't say why he was calling so late, nor even that he was on his way. All Daniel said was "well you can fire me." So I did. I am a real stickler about being on time for appointments, however, I do understand when things come up. But if you're going to make me get up at 6 on a Saturday for a 7 a.m. appointment, you better be there. And if you're running late, you better call me. And your first words shouldn't be "well you can fire me." Apparently, the economy is going great for Daniel as he doesn't need my business, nor my referrals. I have neighbors and we refer amongst ourselves. The only thing I'm going to refer is that people don't use Daniel's Clean-Up and Hauling. And one final thing, I scheduled my pest control person for after the yard was going to be cleaned up so he could have a nice clean yard to spray. Guess that's not going to happen either.

Overall the job was done as promised, on time, reasonable price. One of the many great qualities about Daniel is his communication with the customer regarding confirmation of time and location as well as calling to say he is 15 minutes away. Daniel is very customer service friendly and I highly recommend him.

I had some time constraints and Daniel was able to accommodate my schedule even though he was working on another job at the time. When we discovered one of the items needed two people to move it, he was able to immediately produce a helper -- a guy who was doing some other work in the area -- and never missed a beat.

Went extremely well. Daniel came out the same afternoon I contacted him and gave an estimate which was extremely reasonable. The clean up certainly exceeded my expectations.

Daniel arrived the same day that I called. They broke the stuff down so it would fit in their truck and cleaned up afterward.

I hired a yard service to remove storm damaged limbs from a large Palo Verde tree and clean-up the overgrown back yard at a house I inherited. To my surprise, the yard service left all of the debris, including large tree limbs, on the street in front of the house in violation of city codes. The yard service would not return my calls and I was concerned about receiving a citation for blocking the street. I called Daniel and he met me at the house about an hour and half later. He and his employee promptly removed all the debris and left the front yard and street clean. When I first called Daniel, he was very concerned that he would be charging me for a job that someone else should have done. I was grateful for his concern, but told him to come anyway and he promptly did. Daniel provides very prompt and efficient service at a reasonable price.

Called Daniel on Friday morning, by 3pm that afternoon, he was out at our house to give us a reasonable estimate. When we agreed, he started the work immediately, and was done within 20 minutes. Left no mess behind, did a fantastic job; we'll definitely use him again if we have any large waste disposal needs.

I telephoned Daniel and described the job and he was able to schedule it within just a few days. Daniel said he would estimate the job when he arrived and if the estimate met with my approval he would do the work at that time. He and his co-worker arrived on time and went to work immediately. This was a really dirty, messy job, but they worked cheerfully and steadily and finished up in a few hours. I could hardly believe how good and clean everything looked when the job was finished.

It went very well. His polite attitude and good work ethic were refreshing.
