Overall they did a good job but they did need to call someone else to trim the Plum tree. Also pricing was a bit on the higher end.

Very professional and polite. I had Daniel haul away a sectional sofa. He was careful around my other furniture and it took him no time at all. He charges a very reasonable price, less than the bigger companies. I was lucky to find him.

Daniel cleaned up an awful mess at a rent property I own. It was a much larger job than I thought it would be, and he stayed with it until the job was done. He provides an invaluable service at a reasonable price. (There's no amount of money I would have taken to have done that job myself.) I have used him before and will definitely call him again.

I've used Daniel's Clean Up and Hauling twice, they are very good people. I would definitely recommend them to others. They're professional and their prices are very fair.

First, I walked him around the property explaining in detail the job and provided a punch list outlining all work to be completed. After, the first two days Daniel started to fall behind due to he deviated from the agreed upon plan leaving work unfinished in backyard, front yard and interior. The plan was to complete backyard cleanup first, then clean up front yard and finally clean out interior. This was suppose to be a 7 day job stating on 4/2 and complete on 4/7 not including Sunday! Daniel knowing he was behind on Sat the 5th decided not only to take Sunday off ,but Monday also. We don't ask anyone to work Sundays but the expectation is you work all other days especially if your behind. The next few days Daniel spent more time worrying about my contract terms then completing the job! My contact subtracts $100/day everyday after the completion date. On 4/7 Daniel asked me to give him a few extra days and I agreed so that would move the completion date to 4/10! Then on Tuesday 4/8 Daniel decided he wasn't being paid enough and the job was bigger then he expected and said he will not finish the job. I reviewed his ratings on Angie's List prior to hiring and decided to give him a chance after discussing with him his poor ratings. If you decide to use this guy proceed with caution..... Clearly not a professional if he can't determine what jobs he can handle and which one's he can't!! I will certainly never use him again even if he was FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scheduling was flexible. Gave me an estimate, then set a date to return and do the work. Arrived with another person morning of the job and got it done.

Our call was never returned.

I called and left message with this service. He returned call within half hour and said he would be over the next day to give an estimate. He didn't show but left a message on my voice mail that he would make it at 3pm the next day which came and went and no show. On Monday the service called me to see if I still needed work done and I said I did, so he was to come the next day at noon. He called about 3:30 pm saying the job in Chandler took longer than expected so he would come the next morning and I told him to just cancel and I would find someone else.

surprise! guests coming into town! I wasn't expecting any visitors over the holidays and admit I had let the bougainvillea bush in the front yard grow out of control. Who likes working with a bougainvillea bush? I know I don't because of all the thorns. B esides, what would I do with all the branches. My tree also needed some pruning - not just to look nice, but some branches were getting close to the roof. Daniel came over with only a couple days notice - completed the job as requested for a reasonable fee, hauled off the yard trash. I am appreciative of how well he did the job as well as his promptness in being able to fit me into his schedule.

Very attentive to details, very thorough and responsive! My small job was important to Daniel. I appreciate that.

contacted this trade on 9/30 via phone to request removal of 5 ton of landscape rock. Spoke to Daniel. He told me he would let me know when he would assess and give estimate that same week. I asked him to call ahead so I could ensure he would have access. There was an urgency to my request, which I relayed to him, as my pool/deck renovation begins next week and I want the rock gone before that so I don't have wheelbarrow marks on the new decking...that gave him 2 weeks to complete the task that I estimate would take 3-4 hours... One week later, and not a peep....too bad, because my neighbor is also in need of removal of debris, and he lost that job too...

Provider looked at the work to be done, supplied an estimate and completed the work the day he indicated. The work was completed in a very professional manner, all the debris was removed and the front yard was leveled and cleaned.

Daniel showed up on time, got right to work, and hauled everything quickly and efficiently. I have used him for similar jobs on several occasions now. I have always been very pleased with his work. Outstanding!

We've used Daniel twice before and were very happy with the outcome, so were happy to bring him back to do the work mentioned above. Daniel and his helper showed up on time. This time we didn't get a separate estimate, we just asked him to come over and do the work. His price may have been a little higher as a result, but he still provided good value and an excellent job. Daniel has always gone above and beyond each time he's done work for us. We will continue to use him and are happy to pay him a fair rate.

I will definately call them again.
