Clearco Window & Carpet Cleaning

I was disappointed to learn that the coupon I'd bought on Angie's List was only good if i spent a certain number of dollars. I had used their service just one month before so I only wanted the windows at the front of the house washed. I was told that in order to use the $49 for $80 worth of service coupon I needed to spend a minimum of $99 more. I then let them do all of my outside windows. They did it with a spray gun(they had washed the windows by hand the two times I'd used them before) and I was told all the water marks would dissappear when the water dried but many of them did not. And they did not clean the casement at the bottom of the windows even after I pointed one out and requested that they wipe it. That one was done but no others. I will look for a different window cleaning service.

They cleaned the windows very well, but did not get the window sills very well. They pushed dust into the corners of the window sills, and one window they completely forgot.

Clearco called to schedule service and I was told that I would have to pay another $20+ over and above the $99.00 I had already paid. I explained I had never had to pay more for any service I had received through Angie's List and could not understand why I had to pay more with them. She kept saying something about paying for a coupon, didn't make any sense to me so I cancelled the service and told her I wanted my money back.

Since it was the week before Thanksgiving, I had to contact at least 6 different companies until I found someone available. They were able to get us scheduled the Monday before Thanksgiving. They were supposed to arrive around 3:00pm but they didn't get there until after 5:00pm and then it was getting dark, so we couldn't determine if the work had been done well until morning. Luckily, everything looked fine. I allude it to a busy season for them, and the guys that showed up were pleasant and cooperative. Next time, however, I will try to book an AM appointment to ensure the work is completed by dark. But good price and the Angie's List coupon really helped cut the cost down.

I purchased the $99.00 deal and paid for additional large screen cleaning as agreed.The service person called ahead to confirm time of arrival and arrived promptly. He performed all the work contracted for and the windows and screens look great. I was very pleased. I also received a thank you card from the owner.

They came out and did a bid, it cost a little more per window, since they are doubled storm windows. It took 2 days to finish the job as they only sent out 1 person. I guess they usually have 2 people on the job but were short staffed.. They did such a good job and the price seems fair, I put them on a 3 month continual schedule.

I've used Clearco several times now over the past 2 years and they always provide consistent, professional on-time service. The work is always efficient and they usually complete the entire project in under 3 hours for a large 4000 plus square foot home. If you notice something is not right after they leave, they will come back to redo any work very promptly. (In my case, there was condensation between window panes and it was not due to any error on their part.) I have taken advantage of their coupon offers several times. I am extremely satisfied with Clearco's service and work ethic and would highly recommend them!

Used Clearco to clean windows for home that we were selling. Provided the service in the timeframe given, cleaners were very nice and quick. Really made the windows sparkle for realtor showings. Would use again if I were in Phoenix area.

I was pleased with the service.they even removed some hard water stains that several other cleaners had said they couldn't remove.

Great quality but outrageous price!

The guy was very nice, cleaned all the windows charged extra for the patio and windows track cleaning, but I knew before hand that was included. Very good job, quick and friendly service.

They were late in arriving, but did call to let me know. The windows were very clean and they did a nice job. I have a lot of small upper windows and they charged for each one. That seemed like some overcharging to me, but they did a nice job. Cleaning the hard water stains also seemed expensive, but it is nice to have clean windwows.

We were vary satisfied with the work they did.

Big Mistake!! I have had other window cleanings done in the past with excellent results. I chose to try Clearco due to the special and reviews on Angie's List-again, a mistake I will not repeat. The two young men that showed up were polite. However, when I looked at the finished product I was shocked. The windows and screens looked clean, but the tracks were filthy and the screens were mounted improperly with huge gaps between the screen and window. I inquired about the tracks and was told Clearco only does the exposed tracks. Odd, so if I open my window the dirty track is visible??? I hadn't experienced this with previous companies. The tracks were always cleaned on both sides. Why would you only do half a job?In addition, the sides they did do, were done poorly with lots of dirt and debris left behind. After I expressed my frustration, The young men did go around and tighten some of the screens. After calling the manager, they then attempted to clean the "exposed" tracks. However, many of them were still very dirty. In addition, I did not get the special that was advertised. I will take partial responsibility for this, as I did not realize the special had to be pre-paid. I did mention the special when booking. I was surprised after I called the manager that there was not more effort to make things right. I got the impression this company wants to do the least possible.

I received a call the day they were scheduled, alerting me they would arrive in 5-10 minutes. My scheduled time was 8:00-9:00 am and arrival was 8:00 am. I forgot the guys name but he did an excellent job. He wore booties on his shoes to not get my house dirty. I told him we just had hardwood floors installed and to be careful with any water. He took great care in doing his job and my windows look fantastic. I will continue using Clearco for all my window cleaning. Great company, very professional, great service.

They were used when we first moved in and did a good job taking off all the construction debris as it was a newly built home. I used the deal offered for window cleaning and asked that they just do te outside windows after we had a bad dust storm. They were punctual and did the cleaning. I didn't feel this cleaning was as good as the first one. I plan to clean the windows myself next time.

EXTREMELY pleased! We have had window cleaning services before and were underwhelmed. The gentleman from Clearco was so thorough; he cleaned bugs and grime from all sliding window tracks inside and out. Windows sparked. He was extremely amiable. Went above and beyond to remove some old stick-on shade film that was partially peeling from a bedroom window. We will definitely call on Clearco next time we need our widows cleaned.

It went really well and the windows looked very nice. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. I saw them do the work and I'd recommend it.

They cleaned 16 exterior windows and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them!
