Everything from start to finish, scheduling to completion of the cleaning was great. I'm going to check out their window cleaning next. I'm sure it will be the same high quality service.

Did not show up as scheduled. Had to reschedule. All the windows did look really good except two small windows upstairs, where the sun light comes in about 9-11 a.m. The windows looked liked the guy just wiped his rag across them a few times, all streaked up. Had to have him come back again. Looked better, but still streaky.

They did a great job. Polite and professional. Very efficient.

Ended up costing more than twice the "special". However, the quality of the work was excellent. Our guy took his time and did everything correctly. Windows and sun screens have never looked as good.

Technician arrived on time, got to work quickly, very respectful (wore booties) not to track in dirt into my home. Did a very good job cleaning all the windows. I had though he would clean the window tracks a little, but that is extra $ as are screens. He did give me good advise on how to get rid of the dirt down inside the narrow tracks, which I did appreciate!

Work was accomplished, however, the cleaners did their work, however, failed to tell me at the beginning before work started, how many "panes" they would be cleaning. What happen, is that all windows were cleaned, but it was for more panes than what the agreement called for, which is a total of 15 panes. I counted by windows, and the panes were approximately 14. I paid for a higher number than this. My sliding window doors, going out the patio, are larger than a "standard" pane, which I do not know what are the dimensions for a standard pane, however, I know that they would possibly count for a larger number of panes. My final price also included cleaning the screens, which I agree with, but the number of "panes", that I am not happy about. I did go ahead and pay, but in the future, I will be asking probing questions, that I would expect the vendor to provide, prior to commencing to start on the work.

It went great, they were on time. I really would have understood if they cancelled because it was 117 outside and were here in the heat of the day 11A/12P. I provided them cold bottled water and they enjoyed the cool air conditioning when they finally got to work inside. Two hard workers - friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and definitely will hire them again.

Went wonderfully, professionals came in the early morning with (2) people. They were pleasant and professional, explained extra costs clearly and explained their process. I've never had such a clear view in my windows. I felt like I was looking at an HD tv screen. I definitely recommend their services.

We have a French doors with lots of small window panes and the crew was terrific on all windows (inside and outside). They also cleaned several windows with hard-water stains.
