Description of Work: I saw your ad for their sevice. We have 70 people coming for a wedding on 14 May and I wanted to see if they could fit me in on short notice before I purchased the coupon. I called and they said they could do the morning of the 15 May. They then said to call after purchasing the coupon to confirm. I called and she said she had a 14 May app at 2pm. At 3pm the 14 May I called to see how late they would be. She then informed me she had no record of talking to me. She and the Manager were really pissy about the situation and did'nt even attempt to make amends ie. "We are really sorry sir how can we make this work for you." It was all MY FAULT. These people have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS>

They did a very nice job very quickly. 20 windows....The crew was late but called to tell me ahead of time and then called again to let me know they were on their way. That was much appreciated. Terrible.
Description of Work: I've called this service 3 times over the last few months. They returned my call once after the first time I called and they left a message. I tried calling back a few more times and never did get a hold of anyone. I basically threw money away because I paid in advance for a discounted blind repair service that I never did receive.
