Dear member, When we scheduled your service for an arrival time of around 7:30 to 8:30 we did not assure you of anything except that we could not predict traffic and other factors on the day of your service. We also told you that we don’t normally schedule to arrive before 8, plus you are almost an hour away and so the best we can do is try to be on our way earlier than usual. We did tell you that the crew would be on their way at least by 8 and according to gps tracking they were on their way at 7:50 am that morning and they made no stops until they were at your house at exactly 8:40 am so your attempt at exaggerating our “being late” and giving us an F for that is unreasonable. If there was anything you were unhappy with on your windows all you had to do was call us and let us know and we would have been more than happy to come back and do any needed touch-ups. During scheduling we specifically asked you if you knew of any hardwater stains and described to you what they were, and your response was “no no no there is nothing like that.” Your French doors had hardwater stains as you said in your review but this is not related to “consistent rain water” as you said but from hose water or sprinklers hitting the windows. We charge extra to remove this as it does not come off in a regular cleaning or even in repeated cleanings. The fact that we only charged you for 6 square feet is telling that the tech probably charged you for less work than he actually did since a single French door has at least 10 square feet of glass by itself. Plus, we only offered you to work on your hardwater, you could have declined if it was SO expensive to pay $18 for restoration work. You do have a large home with many windows, not sure why the number of men that we sent is disappointing though. How many were you expecting? Especially when you said “It takes 2 experienced techs approximately 3 hrs.” Our guys spent 5 hours at your home, by the way, until you were happy. Clearly you are more focused on trying to make us look bad than giving an honest review. We stand by our work and are always willing to do what is needed to make our customers happy. You didn’t allow us to do that as you didn’t even call us, instead you went straight to trying to ruin our reputation. Thanks.
