Dear member, Our offer was abundantly clear, even in the very first line. We are obviously not going to clean all your extra window panes for free. Our technicians are paid professionals not volunteers. If you decided you didn't like the offer that's fine, but don't try to act like you were mislead or give an "F" rating. It's unnecessary and uncalled for.

Description of Work: windows were perfectly cleaned inside and out. I had 35 windows with approximately 6 screens. They were all sparkling clean after Mike completed his work. I had paid another company more than 1/2 the price that I paid Clearco but the other company only cleaned the exterior. So I got twice the amount of work at less cost. What a deal!

I called and talked to the office receptionist, Deana. She was very kind and gave me a free estimate right over the phone. This saved me time since I didn't have to schedule someone to come out for an estimate like I had to do for other companies. The estimate was fast and very close to the actual price. Scheduling the service was a breeze and very flexible. They were able to put me on the schedule for that week to do the service. The window cleaners, Jason and Kris, were nice and had great attitudes. I highly recommend this company to anyone, I will be using them again. I saw that they also do blinds and I will be calling to get an estimate for that service too!
Description of Work: I had the Windows cleaned Inside and Outside with the tracks and sills swept out on my single story house. I had some mirrors cleaned as well. They even wore footies and put down bucket mats when they did the inside.
