Clearco Window & Carpet Cleaning

Clearco did a great job cleaning our windows. We moved into a home that been unoccupied for a very long time so the windows were very dirty and dusty. We live off a dirt road so we get a lot blowing dust. The gentleman was on-time, professional, worked quickly and did a wonderful job. He told us in advance that we needed to remove sunscreens before his arrival. We couldn't believe how clean and clear the glass was after his cleaning. We snapped a lot of beautiful sunsets through his spotless sliding glass doors! In fact, I'm hoping Clearco is having another deal because our windows need cleaning again.

He removed the Sun screens and cleaned them separately from the inside and outside of the glass windows including the French Door window panes.

They cleaned all of my windows, inside and out, and scrubbed all of my sun screens and rails. Overall I give them an A+. They are good people you can count on.

They were very reasonable. The price was comparable to other companies as we had other estimates. They did a good job, came on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned the screens and the window tracks and that was included in the price as well.

Very well, and I would hire them again.

I have a fairly large house and have sunscreens on all windows. It was a very large project and took about 8 hours and they did a very thorough professional job. Great value and would highly recommend. I signed up for the annual service.

Preface: I have hired individuals to professionally clean residential windows on other occasions. Company was hired with Angie's List coupon to clean all doors/windows of a residence. An error on their part with my phone number caused the window cleaner to not show up at the time that was expected. When I called and left a message, they were very prompt to return the call and apologize for the phone number mix up and that the window cleaner would head out my way. * Window cleaner called from the wrong address frustrated that he didn't see my house. He had the correct address - he was on East and he needed to be on West * Window cleaner arrived frustrated and unfriendly * Corners of almost every window was not cleaned satisfactorily. * Obvious streaks on most windows * The now Friday afternoon (since they arrived late) visit feels very rushed. During the cleaning he took a call about his personal plans discussing how he would get there as soon as he finished my house and that his appointment scheduler messed up - making me feel as if he was already in the middle of personal plans which were interrupted when he was called to come to my house. * No screens were removed and cleaned as advertised * No sills were cleaned as advertised as bugs remained on the sill He finished - looked right at two streaked doors and said that he was finished. I called Clearco after he left and said that it was a poor job and explained what happened. This cleaner didn't see the issue on two doors in front of him therefore it wasn't worth pointing out all the other windows with issues. She was very apologetic and said she would send someone on Monday to take care of things. I asked her to send a different cleaner. On Monday morning I was called and asked if the same cleaner could come back to rectify the situation. I asked for them to send someone different. On Monday two folks arrived. One spent a large amount of time defending the first window cleaner - his actions and his cleaning. * No screens were cleaned on this visit. * Streaking still existed on several windows. Window cleaning is not cheap. If I hire a company to perform this service its because I want them to do a better job than what I would do myself. The first cleaner was not a good window washer so to get an acceptable result I asked for another cleaner. While better than the first - he also didn't provide the quality I expected for the money spent - which is a clean, streak free window with clean corners.

I called for 10 days to schedule an appointment. The woman said they could not service my area until I told her I was from Angie’s List. They were so rude. Once he got to my house, he wanted to charge $369 for a big deal I purchased for $89. They were more than double the price of providers I have used in the past. I have since canceled the big deal and no longer want the services completed by them.

Team (owner and assistant were punctual). Although I answered questions accurately, the price was significantly higher than quoted. Apparently, the office staff who provided quote was relatively new and wasn't clear on exactly what to ask. Josh, the owner explained why the price was higher; I have regular screens that were rethreaded with sun shades which causes price to be the same as complete sun shades that need to be removed. Although the price was higher than anticipated, I decided to proceed with service. I watched some of the service and the window sills were wiped. However, later I noticed not all of the sills were wiped clean. Also, the sills that were, were not done well, the corners were missed. I back tracked and cleaned all of the sills and the corners of those that were done. Some of the windows were streaked. The squeegee marks were clear on several of the window. Overall, I was disappointed in the attention to detail. I appreciated the owner was training and could explain the quote versus price differential, but the quality of service did not match the price. The company I generally use charges less, includes track cleaning and I have never needed to redo any of the work myself. I tried a new company based on the Big Deal pricing, which turned out not to be such a big deal. This is the second Big Deal that wasn't so I will not be purchasing any additional deals in the future unless it is a provider I already work with.

The owner and one assistant arrived perfectly on time. They were very proffesional yet extremely easy-going from the moment they arrived. They listened to my hopes and then got started right away! They were effecient, pleasant, and totally awesome! My windows made EVERYTHING in my house look GORGEOUS!!! Thank you Clearco. Very reasonablly priced as well:)

They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They came when they said would come. They were right on time.

The service staff arrived and provided an estimate prior to starting to clean. They cleaned the windows inside and out. They also cleaned all of the window tracks. They did a really good job and I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

It was fine. They were prompt when they came out. They were inexpensive. We thought we were going to have to replace them. They didn’t try to sell us on anything new, they fixed them. They replaced parts but they were just plastic parts.

I wasn’t all that happy with them. I had them come to replace cords on some blinds. By the time they had done a couple, it cost me more than brand new blinds would cost, so I sent them away. He came and didn’t have the right cord and had to come back. I questioned him thoroughly. I asked how much it would cost, but little things kept getting added in. I eventually asked him if he knew if I could buy new ones for the price I was paying and he said yes. I replaced the blinds they repaired anyway as I wasn’t happy with the way they opened and closed.

It was wonderful. I had no complaints. The young man that came was very personable and very efficient. He didn’t waste any time. He did a great job. They are still looking good.

They did fine. They were courteous and they did a good job. They actually were less expensive then one of the other companies that I had used. They came when they said they would.

It has been super. They come in, do their job and they leave. It is great. They are quiet and very businesslike.

They did a really good job. I like the fact that they were willing to come out to my house to look at something. The poles in the curtain were not quite tight. They were going to tighten it. They made a house call instead of me having to bring it in. So their customer service was really good.
