Clearco Window & Carpet Cleaning

I was happy with the job they did. I have some cloudy windows that I can never get clean and they explained why. They were very knowledgeable about their business.

They did a great job. Very polite and curious. Two men arrived on time and asked me what I wanted done, then walked around the home. They gave me an estimate before they started. They didn't rush thru the process, but really took their time on each window and did a great job. I have used them before and will continue to use them.

A few of the windows had to be re-cleaned as one of the men were new and training but no complaints.

I called them based on the coupon offer from Angie's list. I went on line and filled out the estimate form. It was user friendly and gave me a very good idea of the cost. I bought the coupon and sent an email stating that I had completed the estimate form. I received a response in the email. After quite a while I sent another email asking when I would be able to get my windows clean. I think it was a glitch as they seemed upset that it had not already been scheduled. Bottom line: It was then scheduled and a couple good guys came and cleaned the windows and screens. I understand that is is a bit more expensive for solar screens. I don't have those.

Excellent. Was placing my house up for sale and saw the coupon and ran through their online estimator. Called company to set up appointment which was given within a week. They called the day before concerned about storm and if I still wanted the service, which I did so they showed up as originally scheduled. Good crew of people who explained the extras (screens, high windows, etc.) which I agreed to - work was done quite well.

They did very well. They did what they said would do. They are a very good, reliable company.

They did a great job. The receptionist was my first impression of this company, and she was very pleasant. The men who came to clean the windows wore fresh booties inside to protect our floors and checked their work before leaving. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Overall we were very satisfied with this company.

Called and asked for an in person estimate after doing the on line estimate--forgot about some of our windows! Showed up on time, and we accepted the proposal/estimate. Windows and screens cleaned in the given time frame. Great to be able to see again!

Very easy to make appointment. They came on a Saturday morning and the windows were pretty bad with the dust storms, etc. They cleaned inside and outside beautifully. Very personable and extremely proficient. The windows looked amazing for sure. When they dirty up again will have them back to clean. I have no complaints. Very happy with results.

Josh and Vaughn arrived on time and were.very articulate and brief regarding what they would be doing- all interior and exterior windows confirming the ones that would require the use of a ladder. They explained that they would do exterior windows first so that they could see clearly once they moved inside. I had family visiting for the holidays, and the young men were unobtrusive as they moved from room to room, never disturbing us in any way. Another great experience with Clearco!

The company just sent one young guy to do the entire job by himself on a 2800sq ft home! He was running late and so by the time he was done outside it was dark and so of course a poor job was done on the inside of the home as he could not see properly. I do not think it was the fault of the cleaner more a scheduling problem as it is definitely a two man job! There were a lot of extras tagged on that I was not expecting.

My main reason for buying this deal was to have the windows in my AZ room cleaned. I have a small condo with few other windows and also I did not want the insides done. They told me the "deal" did not include AZ rooms. It would cover 2 storey houses, window cleaning inside and out, but not an AZ room!! I was upset and ready to just get a refund, but the young man finally agreed that what I wanted was really minimal. He cleaned the windows, but there were hard water stains from the sprinklers which were not removed. There is a VERY hefty extra charge for removing those. So, the experience was mixed. For what I got the $99. was not that much of a deal.

It was an excellent experience and I will use this service again!

purchased a package in April 2012. never responded to my initial call and email. Snowbirds so tried again when my parents got back this fall. It took two phone calls and an email this fall to get them to respond and then they told me that my coupon had been used on a site in Chandler???? I live in Glendale so not sure how that happened and probably explains why they didn't return my calls or emails! After convincing them that it was a bookkeeping error on their part they did honor the coupon. They had two phone numbers for me and did not call the one that they were told to call the day of service. We had scheduled a window between 3 and 5pm. They called my home phone instead of cell as instructed the day of (fortunately I was home) and said they would be there in 15 minutes. I went to my parents house where they were to do the work and they didn't show up. I called the main office after 45 minutes and then 20 minutes later got a call saying that they had mistakenly called me but I wasn't actually scheduled until 3. They called again a couple hours later and moved the time up again so basically took the whole day. They did an okay job. I asked them to redo several windows and they did without complaint. We did several touchups the next day. One had hard water stains and they said they couldn't get it any cleaner without charging me more. They didn't say how much they would charge or give me an option of paying extra. By that time they were packed up and I just let them go. The guys that did the cleaning were very nice, polite, put the screens back and kept everything neat and clean. I might use them again but overall it didn't go as smooth as I would have liked.
