looked good until the next morning when you could see areas that were not cleaned. The date and cost are estimates of service.

We have used ClearCo several times and we have always been happy with the results.

The cleaner, Donny, arrived on time and left our windows sparkling. We were happy with the amount of time he took and the quality of the work.

The estimate and the actual price were very different, and while it all made sense in the end it was a challenge to understand the information. The differences weren't really described, so I had to go out of my way to get an explanation. The actual work was done well.

As planned and beyond my expectations.

Well to begin with I was scheduled three to four weeks in advance. The night before an 8-9am service I called and got voicemail. The next am I called at 8 and got voicemail. 8:15 am voicemail again. Annoyed I called Angies list told them my circumstances took off work that morning to get this done. Well we all know how good Angies list is. Sure enough at 9:10 I got a call they were on their way.When these two guys arrived they worked well, but my svreens were $4 dollars more per window. The quote when I purchased the 'Big Deal" it was explained bcause my house was bigger it would rub40 -50 more plus an extra $4 per screen. The additional bill brought the total charge to $99 for the big deal and additional $144 between house size and extra $4 per screen. $243 total. While walking my dog this am I had forgot about the charge because I could not find the bill from a previous clean several years ago. My neighbors home was having his windows and screens done so I asked for a quote : Bright View Window cleaning looked at the house basically the same everything as one he was doing. $150 for everything. The big deal was a big gaff. A $94 overcharge the way I see it. Frank Simons

The two men arrived right on time, They were very polite and introduced themselves when they first arrived, the team was Donny and Tyler. They assessed the job, a few extra dollars for step stool height windows and the front screen door (front screen door cleaning worth the extra money looks very inviting), no sale pressure just a suggestion. Very reasonable price coupon from Angies list and extras 18 dollars total, for two half circle windows one above each of the two windows in living room six dollars (3 dollars each) and 12 dollars for front screen door. They went right to work, removed the screens and cleaned the window from outside in, went back for any spots they missed. All screens replaced and no damage. Great job.

This was an Angie's List Deal. Scheduling the window washing went well. Since we have used them before, we requested 2 people for the job. Last time we used their service, only 1 person did the job and we felt that he did not do as good a job. Two people arrived for the service. They were prompt, and the work was completed quickly. The windows looked great! The price is O'K, but we noticed that the Angie's List Deal is not as good as it was in prior years (we paid $10 more for the deal, and received $20 less in "value"). Also, the "add on" charges are a little annoying. In prior services, we were only charged for 1 "ladder" window ($3/window extra)- this time we were charged for 4 "ladder" windows - it's the same house! Also, last time we were charged an extra $4/window to clean 7 sunscreens (3 of which are only about 16"x16"), which we leave off the windows in the winter. This time they wanted another $4/sunscreen to put the clean sunscreens back up for the summer! I put the sunscreens up myself. Overall, they do a good job - but watch out for the "extras".

I made the appt for April 29 at 2pm. I was told it would take about 2-3 hours to do the job, so that worked out well for my schedule. I rec'd a call from Josh around 1:45pm, and he told me they had encountered some complications at their current cleaning job, and they would be another hour to 1 1/2 hours to get to my house. Would I like to reschedule or would the later time work for me? I agreed that they (Josh and his 'helper') could come when they had finished the previous job, as my schedule was flexible that evening. They kept me informed by phone as to how much longer they'd be getting to my house, and when they did arrive, they got right to work. They were fast, very efficient, and professional. Even though it was nearly 7:30pm by the time they finished, they did not seem to rush the job They were neat and pleasant, and respectful of me and of my home. They did a thorough cleaning job, and cleaned up after themselves. My windows and patio door sparkled, and since the previous owners of my house had 3 big dogs, there was a lot of cleaning to do! I would not hesitate to hire this company again. From the first phone call to their office to the final inspection of the job they did, they were thoroughly professional and seemed to appreciate my business.

Clearco Window Cleaning did a very good job. It was the first time that I used them. They were very thorough and they did a good job. They were in and out. I was pleased, that's a good thing.

1. Came in, I showed them where the windows were. 2. They went outside and washed the windows. 3. Came in and washed the windows inside. 4. Brought the paper in for me to sign and they left.

Showed up on time and were done in good time.

They arrived on time and did a very professional job. The windows were cleaned well. No landscaping was damaged by workers or their equipment.

OK. They broke a couple of my screens and it took them months to repair and install them!!

two college age guys arrive and immediately set to work. cleaned windows, screens and inside windows. cleaned up any mess on sills immediately. very pleased

Rick showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He cleaned all the inside windows and then cleaned all the outside windows and screens of my one story 3 bedroom/2 bath home. I was very satisfied and will definitely use the company again.

They arrived on time, gave me pricing for extras I needed done which were outside of the original package. Pricing was very reasonable. Job performed was adequate. I did have a few touch-ups I needed to do myself after the job was done. But overall for the price, it was worth not having to do it myself.

It went very well and this job was the most thorough cleaning that we have ever had.

Absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to anybody. They were polite and professional. The windows looked beautiful inside and out when they left. ALL GOOD!

I bought a big deal, the one for $49.99. I called to arrange for cleaning and spoke with Josh. He gave me an estimate over the phone. When he arrived, I was expecting a crew of people, I guess. Josh was the only one who showed up but he was quick and extremely good at what he was doing. He pointed out some problem windows where moisture was between the panes of glass. It's been a week and my windows are still shining. I would strongly encourage anyone to clean their windows. You have no idea how wonderful it can look on your home and how great it makes you feel.
