Clearco contacted me right away. They were very professional and able to make an appointment on the day of my choosing. The gentleman came and washed inside and out. He was very professional and thorough. My windows looked great. One thing I would have liked is to have my tracks cleaned. But, this company has three price points and you choose which service you would like. I chose the middle price. I'm sure the more expensive one included the tracks. All in all, I was very happy and will use this company again... Thank you Angie's List.

This home was vacant for a year so there was a lot of dirt on the windows. I bought the $99 special on-line and setup an appointment with Josh by phone. Mike and Jacob arrived on time, were very professional and did a fantastic job on my windows. They used booties in my home which I appreciated. It took about 1 1/2 hours to do all the windows inside and out. They self checked their work. When Mike was leaving he looked up and saw that in the light there was a small line across this small but high up window. Jacob took the ladder back off their truck and made it sparkle. Kudos to both!

They did a good job. They price was really good and the windows turned out great. They cleaned inside and out and they were were quick, but thorough.

It was so great to have all my windows clean; never knew it could feel so good. Last time I did it myself and it took FOREVER. Clearco did a great job cleaning and didn't leave any dirty water marks around the windows. Easy to work with, respectful and friendly.

I called before I purchased the the coupon and also checked out their website.The owner was very clear about extra charges for interior windows that needed a ladder and exterior sunscreens. I sent an email from their website after I purchased the coupon. I got an email back. I called to finalize the appointment. They came out at the scheduled time and did the whole house in just a couple hours. They did a good job even though it was during the cold spell and they were working outdoors. My windows sparkle. I am very happy and would call them again.

I removed the screens before they arrived and they hosed them down as well. Couldn't ask for a better job.

Company was responsive in returning contact request, with automated/online quote system that worked quickly/effectively. Followed up with a phone call and immediate scheduling of services. Service team arrived promptly and got to business; professional and efficient, just not overly communicative/social (which is fine, just doesn't build rapport/relationship for ongoing business). Would use again and recommend for simply proficient services, but did not secure my business with overwhelming "wow" factor. If I had not already scheduled this company, would have scheduled Moku Services (used them on patio tile cleaning and did not know at time they did windows...they DID have "wow" factor from customer service perspective).

It was fine. We had to have them come back once, the first time when the windows weren't done well but they were fine with coming back and they did a great job the second time around.

Hastily washed outside windows. I stressed that one of the reasons I wanted a cleaning service was to get the screens washed. The screens were brushed on the outside and then a wet rag used to wipe them. I pointed out that they needed to be done on the inside as well and some of the screens were taken off and the large one in my bedroom was done from the inside. Water was on the floor where this was being done and it wasn't cleaned up. I inquired as to whether certain windows had been washed and was told that they were but I pointed out spots that I could scrape off with my thumbnail and so they were redone. Workers were really nice but I was sorely disappointed in the job that was done.

The Owner Josh is beyond The Best of The Best and has the patience of a Saint - I scheduled my appointment at the Very Least ten (10) or more times and due to health challenges (mine) was force to Cancel each Appointment. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Clearco Window Cleaning to the entire world as this Team is The Best of The Best and I wish all The Very Best as well as continued success to Josh and his Team.

They called to tell me their last job was bigger then they expected so would be late. I really appreciated their call. They arrived at the new time. They went right to work. One person cleaned all the inside windows and another took his ladders and went outside. They were able to reach some really high windows that I wondered if they could. They did a great job! I would highly recommend this company. I also bought a coupon for $100 off the cleaning before they came. Well worth the price!

Professional and courteous. Did an OK job. The right tools were not used for cleaning the arched windows, and this created residue and streaking. The tool used was too long for the size of the window The home office did offer to redo them which we appreciated.

Great work, very happy. Response to my online request was quick and scheduling easily fit into my schedule. Phoned when they were on their way and arrived on time. Will definitely use them again.

Windows are not cleaned as well as I expected. The tracks also were not cleaned well. The screens on the arcadia door were not done and I had to ask him to do it. The arcadia door itself was not satisfactory. I had to check on every window as they worked and had them re-do the ones that were still not clean. Nice people but not detailed oriented.

There were additional fees with the Big Deal because we wanted all of the windows done. The end price was probably about $30 in savings. The two gentlemen who came to do the work couldn’t have been nicer! It went very well. They called to let me know when they were coming and they arrived on time. They did a really great job.

They showed up on time and both the office staff and the service staff were professional and friendly.
