The service turned out great. They were prompt, they did an excellent job inside and out and good manning.

Just bought the house and the windows were filthy. The tracks were worse. Took Mike several hours and he did a great job. I'm going to clean the tracks more myself. I can't fault him because it looked like they had never been cleaned and the dirt was so caked it looked like baked pottery in the tracks! He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. I REALLY liked being able to do an online estimate via their website. Then I used the Angie's List coupon to get a discount. I spoke to Sarah and she was very patient with me and all my questions since I had never had windows professionally cleaned before. I even received a prompt response to my email from the owner, Josh. It's so nice to look out my lovely clean windows now. Well worth the money and the price was reasonable. Very pleased.

Everything was good. I did have to pay extra costs for special windows but I was aware of this ahead of time. They cleaned about 14 windows total.

Did a very good job of getting rid of calcium deposits on the inside of windows.

They were able to schedule my home for the very next day. They called first to see if they could come a little earlier than scheduled. That was nice on both counts. The two-man team that arrived were professional and friendly. They worked in a very organized and systematic way around the house and it was done in a timely manner. I couldn't have been MORE pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I appreciated the Angie's List coupon a lot too. The windows look fantastic. I paid extra to have the tracks cleaned and feel this could have been done a little better on some of the windows but overall I am very happy with the work performed and would hire them again.

What a great job! Nice clean cut window washers. Polite and on time. Cleaned all the windows inside and out, removed the screens, washed them, and put them back in place. All done quickly and professionally. I will use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. They did a nice job and did the work not long after we purchased it. They brought their own window cleaning supplies. They came in and were clean, efficient and the windows looked really good. From what I can remember they were nice people. There were no fingerprints or smudges when they were done cleaning the windows.

Cleaning was done in a timely fashion. Everything was explained upfront. Workers put on booties inside of house. Very professional gentleman. Plan to use there services from now on.

I wasn't as happy with them. They wanted to charge me for the window over the door. I can't remember what they wanted to charge but I didn't pay it. I ended up having to get up on a ladder and do it myself even though it was just a couple of steps up. I had put on the thing when I signed up that I had one window that might need a ladder and they didn't say anything until they got here. I probably wouldn't use them again because I really didn't think they did as good a job as they might have. They missed a few spots. They fixed one before they left and then I found some more after they left. I wouldn't recommend them. This is a small house, it's not like there were that many windows and for the price, I thought they could have done better.

Window cleaning was discussed to include tall windows (15' +) and multi-level. Cleaning was performed unfortunately from the ground only using an extension pole brush and deionized water intended for solar module cleaning. Lots of water was used and actually penetrated into the house around the windows as result. Several areas around the edges were not cleaned as a brush alone simply cant get the window as clean as performing by hand off a ladder. I will be sure to clarify next time I want the windows cleaned by hand, not by a brush/squeegee from the ground.

Only disappointment was the extra charge for the sunscreens. But the guys did a great job cleaning the windows.
