Clearco Window & Carpet Cleaning

The young men were very nice, curtious and respectful to me. They were very careful outside and inside my home by covering their shoes inside and being careful of outside plants. After they left there were many drips I had to take care of. I will not use them again simply because their pricing left no room for compromise even tho I had not been told about the extras or possibility of earlier arrival. An $89.00 deal wound up costing me $144.00 and all of my windows are on one floor.

I called to get an estimate on the windows and was asked how many windows I had. I told him and he gave me a quote. However, I then explained that had about half my interior glass tinted and they could not be cleaned yet. I told them this on the phone but they didn't adjust the price down from the total number of windows. Then, when they arrived they said one window required a step ladder so they added that charge. But, they didn't take anything off for all the interior glass they didn't have to wash. I initially was charged more for some high atrium windows to be cleaned, but they only had to clean the outside because of the tint. But, I didn't get a credit for that and every other interior glass they didn't have to clean. They did an OK job cleaning the windows. They were not perfect, but did the job---no more-no less. I bought one of the $99 coupon but paid more for all the windows, Not sure if I would use them again. It just seemed that I paid for a bunch of glass that they didn't have to clean.

They cleaned about 22 windows of my 2 story home. There was an extra cost for the french pane windows, but the cost was acceptable. One person came out for the service so it took a little longer than I had hoped. There were a number of areas that were streaked on the windows. However, the technician was nice and came out as promised. They also called ahead to let us know they were coming out.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were just okay. They left a lot of streaks although the windows were particularly dirty when they came out. The windows were in really bad shape when they came out. My interaction with them was okay; it was a very matter-of-fact business relationship. They came out about three or four days after I purchased the deal. They were responsive.

He was affable, efficient, and did a good job. We had no problems getting in touch with him.

The guys came out on time, got to works and handled things like pros. Cost expectations were in line with what I was tild, no surprises. I give a B rating instead of A for a few little spots that they didnt get off the windows (I found later) but overall, very happy customer.

A coupon/special deal was purchased and given as a gift to a friend for window cleaning services. This review is based on feedback from the friend who received the gift. The responsiveness, punctuality & quality of the service were reportedly very good... earning a "B" rating. However, although the friend who had the window cleaning performed has a small condo with only 3 windows and just one patio door, he was charged an additional fee which made the final cost nearly equal to the company's full normal fee without a coupon.

They are very satisfactory. They are punctual and professional. They even let me know that I had some condensation inside the pane of a window. They explained that it didn't need to be replaced just explained how to have it fixed. They work around my schedule so that's nice. They take the screens off and clean those as well. They are very responsive and flexible in regards to timing. I have had to reschedule before and they are very easy to work with on the phone.

Not a good deal at all have subsequent bids for 55 to 60 dollars all inclusive but went with Angie's List to be safe to cost me an extra $100......

It turned out really good. They worked quick and they did a good job. I would use them again. It was a good price. Everything was good.

As usual, their crew was on-time and very professional. They washed all of the windows (inside and outside) on the first floor including four patio doors with french window panes. In addition, they washed all of the sun screens. While inside they wore booties over their shoes so as not to track in any dirt. The cleaning solution that they use is advertised to promote longer lasting clean windows and based on several of our past experiences, this seems to be true. We use them 2-3 times a year.

Overall quality of job was good, however punctuality was poor. Arrival was delayed about 3 hours past original estimate because they were very busy that day. Office called to update status of arrival periodically so that was good but when it is scheduled a week in advance better control over the arrival time is expected. Cost would have been about $45 more without the Big Deal. They charge per window and also by size and height, so have a good count when you call for estimate.

The crew that came out was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a great job.

Josh was very prompt with contacting me and scheduling the cleaning. The team that cleaned the windows, screens, and tracks was very professional. The windows and tracks look great. I will use them again and highly recommend this company.

Two men came, an hour or so later than promised, and proceeded to do the job. They were thorough and the results were very nice. I'll use them again

Everything was excellent! They were very professional and went around the home to give us quotes for other services. They provided good quality service and they cleaned up well after themselves.

Not sure really what happened here, the techs were nice enough. but it was very late when they arrived they washed the outside, no screens, no inside. The job wasn't great (lots of streaking showed the next day) and they only charged me $13.00 (I did tip them). I would have rather paid the $99.00 and got a better job. I just assumed they were very tired and had a bad day. However with that said I was hesitant to call them back because I just wasn't sure. I had the windows done at a later date inside/outside and screens for the same amount($99.00) as this company offered.

They did good. They came out right away. They weren't really any cheaper than anybody else.

I thought the workers did a great job cleaning the glass part of the window. The area that could have been done better was the visible track.

They did a nice job. It was easy. I called to make the appointment and they came and did the job and that was it. My interaction with them was very minimal. They were pleasant.

Was very pleased with the service. On the morning of the service I was called to let me know when they would arrive. They checked all the windows and went over the final pricing. They were never pushy. With the discount the final price was approx. $144.00. The two men were very efficient and were done in approx 2 hours. The windows look great. I will definitely use Clearco again.
