Description of Work: We purchased a Coupon for $99.00 which was to be good for $165.00 worth of window cleaning. The window cleaners did a fine job; however, it cost us an additional $90.00 so I feel that the company is overpriced. At that rate, without the coupon, it would have cost over $250.00 which is $75-$100 more than we have previously paid for window cleaning in this home.

Description of Work: Hired to wash windows, inside and out including screens. Bought the big deal thru Angie's list. They sent a couple of kids who rushed thru the job and just wiped off the screens. Would not use them again!

Dear member, I am sorry you were disappointed in the age of our technicians but you must have mistaken them to be younger. None of our window cleaning technicians are "kids" and all have at least graduated from high school. Most are college age or older. If you were disappointing in any way in the service itself you could always call and let us know within a reasonable amount of time and we are happy to return for a touch up.

Description of Work: Brought a special coupon from Angie's list for window washing. When talking with representative they needed to know measurements of all windows and was going to charge extra for special foyer window a guest house window, etc. I cancelled my coupon and did not use this company.

Dear Member, Just to clarify a little, we never require window measurements of your windows to give you an estimate. In fact, our system makes getting your pricing (over the phone or instantly online) easier than any other window cleaning company in the valley. No counting windows, no measuring windows. For your big deal coupon, yes you would have had to pay extra for any special service other than basic window cleaning such as French paned windows, ladder work, hardwater stain removal, or any window on a guest house or similar area. Also your coupon would have been good for up to $165, so it does not cover the full service on many larger homes. It is still a deep discount as it is typically a savings of $66 - $76 off of the service price after purchasing for offer price of $89-$99. Might I recommend trying out our services next time prior to reviewing them and you might be very happy. Thanks!

Description of Work: This company said we would have to take the sun screens off our windows ourselves before they came to clean the windows. One reason we want to hire a company is so I don't have to get on a ladder and get up to the second story to take off the sun screens. I've never heard of a company that won't take the sunscreens off themselves.

Dear Member, It is our pleasure to remove the sunscreens when cleaning the windows on any home. You may have asked if we could clean your windows but not your sunscreens, to which we would have responded that we do not recommend that you have the windows cleaned without cleaning the sunscreens and that the only way we could offer that would be if they were down before we arrived at the service. We would have been happy to tell you the reasons why and given you some recommendations had you remained on the phone. We cannot offer cleaning the windows without cleaning the sunscreens for free because there is a lot of time and care that goes in to taking them down, handling them properly, taking them up and down ladders, and re-installing them after the windows have been cleaned. We always recommend you have your sunscreens cleaned and treated for each window cleaning service, even if they are relatively new. Please note: there was no service requested, agreed to, scheduled, started, or completed on March 06 or any day. Just a short phone call.
