Description of Work: I have been with ADT Security since 1995 and haven't been happy with the system or the service recently. Their rates were going to increase because I cancelled my land line and the service call started at $150.00 for the first 15 minutes so I decided to switch companies. The owner of Bulwark came to my house a couple of days after I called and we set up a time for installation. Jeff was very professional and explained all of the different options. The techs were professional and respectful and they programed my new system to work like the previous one. There were no hidden costs or surprises and the system works great. Meanwhile, after calling ADT to make sure that I no longer had a contract before switching, they are now claiming that I do in fact have a contract and can't control nor stand behind what their employees tell their customers. And that is how ADT treats a loyal customer of 18 years. I would highly recommend Bulwark Security.

Description of Work: I contacted the company 2 days before I was leaving town and presumed that it would be impossible to have the alarm installed before I left. To my surprise the owner came out to see me the same day and made some scheduling adjustments so that the work could be done before I left. Most of the system we chose is wireless and the contacts on doors and windows are quite inconspicuous. I was very impressed with the neat and tidy way the work was done. The few wires that were needed were hidden in closets and out of sight. I couldn't have asked for a better installation. Since my return, I have found the system to be working beautifully. Description of Work: Had a security system installed. Jeff was extremly helpful in offering suggestions, pros and cons, about different aspects of protection. The installer spent nearly a day doing the installation & was fastidious cleaning up. We appreciate all that was done and totally satisfied with the work.
