Black Hat Security and Home Automation

This is our first security system- just got it installed today. Heard about them on a radio show and decided to give it a shot! The installer was on time and friendly, and the installation itself seemed smooth! Happy with the service so far!

AMAZING! Great service and amazing prices. No contracts

We just recently signed up and I am getting hooked up now. I was reffered by my brother in law and sister. They showed me some of what they had hooked up, like cameras and stuff, and I really thought that was great. We had been looking for security and thought we would give them a try. So with today being hook up, I can only go off off the hook up process and the tech, JD, doing the hook up. I am very pleased! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He has answered all of our questions thoroughly. I am looking forward to seeing how it all works out.

Amy was very helpful with getting all our questions answered before anything was set up and even during the process she was always available for us. JD was informative during the entire process explaining in detail exactly what he recommended for our home and made sure our needs were covered. I was referred to this company by one of my good friends. I am very satisfied with the end product. The office made it easy for me to set up my new services. Black hat security has a great referral program so both my friend and I will Receive a free month... I recommend to get an online quote instead of calling the office. The online quote includes a $50.00 gift card but you can only get it if you get the quote online first and then calling the office. I did it the other way around and didn’t qualify for it. My technician JD was prompt and attentive. He was very knowledgeable and answered my 1000 questions with a smile on his face and helped me set everything up! Great customer service!!!

The technician (JD) was very precessional and was able to answer all my questions. The company is really customer oriented and that nice for a change. Fantastic technician’s and fantastic customer service. Would definitely hire again or recommend. It is very well priced as well.

We had issues with another company. Black Hat came in, used the existing equipment, and made our home security system function properly.

Smoothly! Installer came in and got everything done. Everything is controlled through my cell phone. Cool features, modern devices... I feel like a poor-man's Tony Stark.

I am really impressed with how these guys operate. Their customer service was top notch, friendly, and quick to provide answers. Their home service guy Zack was super friendly, informative, and made quick work of the install. And their prices cant be beat. I added 3 cameras, a touch screen home system and an easier to use app, and am paying less than the competitors were charging me. I loved how quick it was to get set up and going. The had a tech out the next day and I am all set. Well done!!
