Upon my appointment date, my tech Zach called 30 min prior to arrival and was here on time as planned. He had his booties for the house and his supplies. He was very informative about the plan and execution of why he was here and when it came time to show me how to use the website, app, and panel he knew exactly what he was talking about. We heard about this company through radio station and a friend that recommended it. We got a hold of Courtney and they were extremely nice and informative from the very beginning, quick to schedule the appointment to come down as soon as possible to install the alarm system once we made the decision to go with Black Hat Security! The technician that came to our home to install everything, JD, again extremely polite and answered all of our questions, was very quick and done within a couple hours!
