Description of Work: Repaired tile roof leak. Repair stopped leak. Work was done within a few days of talking to roofer about the leak. Very satisfied with service.

Description of Work: realigned 'some' of the loose tiles. |gave me an estimate for caucking and replace paper sheeting in some area of the roof. all for $350. never submitted an estimate in writing as promised.

Description of Work: I placed my order with them on October 13th for a Tile Roof Tuneup, I had three corner tiles blow off the roof in the recent storm so I wanted those fixed and have them look and tune-up the rest of the roof. I was to hear from them within two business days to schedule service. I get this message from them on the 13th: |Hi Steve, |Steve, can we get your phone number to set up a time and date with you. Thanks! |Thanks, |ARIZONA ROOFING SYSTEMS | |I responded to the email and answered through Angie's List to make sure they got it. | |When I didn't hear back I wrote to them on the 16th and got this reply: | |Hi Steve, |Our apologies, I wasn't notified of the email till just now. We are extremely bust but I do have a specific person that is getting these done just as fast as possible. I will make sure he contacts you first thing in the morning. I have yet to hear from anybody about setting up service. Clearly you do not want the business and that is fine with me. How do I get a refund for the voucher I purchased? |Thanks, |Steve | |After that, I received a phone call from David scheduling service on the 21st. David came to the house and left and I never heard a word. When I got home they had a Roof Inspection paper attached to my door. They wanted to charge 322.00 to fix the three tiles. As for the roof inspection, they wrote "Great Condition". | |So basically, their Tile Roof Tuneup is nothing more than paying $149.00 for them to give you an estimate to fix anything they find wrong. Seems pretty shady to me. You should not have to pay for an estimate or, if you do, the amount should be refunded. Especially if the result of such a superficial inspection is "Great Condition". | |I would not use them again. | |

Description of Work: The roof inspection revealed three tiles needed replacing ( done during the inspection) but no flashing or other problems surfaced. The company also extended one frame of tile where it had previously fallen off onto the pavement. Overall, great job and tiles matched perfectly.

Description of Work: I told David on the phone that what I really wanted was someone to clean out the trough on the west front side of the house. They get filled with pigeon poop, leaves, etc. He came and inspected the roof and repositioned several tiles and left me an estimate for the exact work I had requested.

Description of Work: Very responsible and ethical business practices;professional job well done with fair and reasonable pricing. I would refer these guys to any friend or family member & certainly would use New Life Roofing again, if need be..

Description of Work: I received an estimate only. They were very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. With them they had samples of underlay. The estimate came promptly. I had a few more questions and they got back to me quickly with the answers I needed and websites to support. ARIZONA ROOFING SYSTEMS is still in the running for this job.
