Description of Work: I purchased a Deal to have a garage door tune-up and rollers replacement for $99. I knew I also had a broken spring and the door was very noisy. I opted to buy both springs since the second one was the same age as the first. The springs and all of the rollers were replaced. Javier checked all of the parts, lubed the tracks and adjusted the remotes (one had not been working for some time). He also checked the motor. He cleaned up after himself, and was courteous and friendly. It has been two months now and everything is working like a brand new door, quietly and with no problems. I'm very happy with this company and its service.

Description of Work: I started to back out of my garage--before the door was fully opened and clipped the bottom of the door. This bent the bottom roller holders on both sides. The service tech arrived on time, changed all of the rollers, corrected the bent holders and even banged the dent out of the bottom of the door. All the while he was professional, efficient and personable. Would refer him to my best friend

Steve called early Mon. morning and said he could come by between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. He showed at about 9:00 and did a very satisfactory job. He was a pro in every way and also was informative with suggestions for future expectations as to serviceability of this garage door.
Description of Work: Aligned track & support and balanced the door for better closing.

I called on a Thursday late afternoon, and by next morning, the gentleman was at my door. He quickly assessed the problem and explained that he could replace the piece for a fraction of the cost of what all others had quoted me on the phone. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was clean and in order before he left.
Description of Work: We had a problem with the piece that enables the chain to slide.
