Description of Work: The garage doors and door openers were checked for wear. The door tracks were lubricated. The "electric eye" that guides the doors closed were re-linded. No addition charge was needed.

Description of Work: Tim called to say he was running a little late, but he actually was not late but still within the 2 hour window of arrival. He was courteous, friendly and performed the garage door opener repair promptly and expertly. His price was exactly as estimated on the phone. I will recomend him and use his company (he is the owner) again.

Description of Work: The owner of the company himself was the one who came and did the work. He was prompt, and very professional. He gave us many options for resolving our garage door problem. He didn't pressure us in any way, he just presented our options, the cost, and we dedided. He had the item we needed in his truck, so the work was done that day. After he "maintenance" on our other garage door while he was there, at no additional cost. I would reccommend him very highly.

Description of Work: Examined the door, indicated what has to be done, gave an estimate, we accepted, two springs that were the wrong type were replaced, performance evaluated in our presence and he indicated what the other service screwed up, wrong material used, way over acceptable cost and excessive labor and material cost. He installed the correct springs and commented on the poor service and cost, mentioning also his long experience in this field, leaving believable impression.
