However and even though the problem was on a holiday, I think paying about $400 for an hours' worth of labor is excessive and I feel totally taken advantage of. There was a bad leak, it needed to be fixed and in this heat one cannot be without water to the house for 24 hours. They "had me where they wanted me" and I had no choice but to pay this outrageous bill. Never again."

From my first call, to waving goodbye to a couple of big pieces of junk that needed hauling away, this company is on their toes. From the owner to the office staff, to the pretty trucks, to the efficient technology for communications, to the great referral program. I was really impressed by these guys.
