I am a very happy repeat client of Perfection Concrete Works. Tom is very professional, punctual and knows his business. He and his crew lasted 3 days on my project and arrived on time each day. They worked relentlessly each day, paying attention to detail and being courteous enough to protect the areas they worked in from creating a mess onto my house. They did an amazing job and I am very happy with the result once again. Thank you for all your hard work and for being one of the few contractors I can rely on to do a great job each time! He did an awesome job. I found him on Angie's List. He worked with me so well. He was in constant contact with me. It was kind of a surprise, so I gave him the address, and he would drive by, and he worked with me. We weren't there, and we had gone camping, so I had him come the following morning. She wanted a meandering path, so he took it just like that, and did it just like that. He was able to do it just like what I wanted over the phone. She cried when she saw it. They did a good job. They cleaned up, and they had to put rock and dirt down, like nothing had ever been done. He was absolutely perfect, and I will hire him again in a second.

Tom and his crew came to my home and poured my pad in a timely manner. As a matter of fact I was impressed at just how quickly they poured the pad. The pad was so smooth it surprised the heck out of me. His crew was friendly and jovial, smiling all the time when we peeked at them while they worked. Tom and his crew are seasoned professionals, they know their craft. His pricing was more than fair and he held to his bid price! You could do far worse by hiring someone else to do your concrete work!! If you want your job done right and done on time....give Perfection Concrete Works a call..

I can't explain how happy I am with Tom. Right from the beginning of my project, Tom was great. He showed up on time, always answered his phone, was very responsive and flexible. Tom gave me a quote, was extremely fair and stood by it. He and his guys do the work themselves and are (like his company name says) perfectionists. I am very happy with the work he did, would definitely call him again and refer him to friends and family.

Tom and his crew arrived promptly and removed the old driveway on the first day, on the second the new drive was poured. They did an excellent job, and now all my neighbors want Tom to come and do their drives. The quality of the work is outstanding!

Tom was very responsive in coming to provide an estimate, and excelled in scheduling this small job in accordance with his much larger contracts. I was extremely surprised at his commitment to my needs. A very rare response in my experience. Tom and his crew arrived exactly as scheduled and had the ground prepped and forms in place quickly. The only holdup was the timely delivery of the concrete, which was none of Tom's fault. Still, the work was completed much faster than I expected, matching perfectly the existing portion of the driveway. I will call on Tom again, if I ever need concrete work.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job. The slab and foundation for our steel building was poured PERFECTLY. The dimensions were very exact and they did a great job smoothing it. They also did a great job with our patio, driveway, and sidewalk. They were always on time and very friendly. He even came back and smoothed the dirt around the foundation as well as covering trenches that we had dug for electrical lines. These were not even included in the original price. He is a very nice guy who does excellent work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a concrete job done very professionally.

We couldn't be more pleased. Tom made sure he fit us in before Christmas so we could work on the shed over the Holidays. But not only that when a prior job he had got slipped to another time period, he moved us up into that slot so we had more time for the concrete to cure before we started building. Tom and his crew did all of the work themselves (no subcontractors) and went the extra mile for us by adding on a sloped ramp in front of where the roll up door was to go on the shed and didn't charge us for it. When Tom noticed that the decorative carport roof supports were not in any way attached to the concrete he added brackets when he poured to make sure the poles would not slip. He is super personable and very easy to work with. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. We are definitely spreading the word around about Perfection Concrete Works.

Tom just finished our patio yesterday. We are very happy with the quality and service Tom provided. He showed up when he said he would. He finished the project on schedule. The final product was high quality. His crew was tidy and respectful. His prices were fair. No surprises. Tom is an honest concrete craftsman and i would not hesitate to use him on any future projects.

Tom is a professional, the work he did is perfect! He cleaned up the area completely when they were done. Tom was a pleasure to work with and I would hire him again!

Tom was out to give us our estimate very promptly. He gave us advice about some things we would need do because of the way the water should flow when the monsoons hit. He gave us a fair price for the work performed. Tom had a trip coming up but had promised to squeeze us in before he left as we were in a hurry to get it done. He was able to get us in. Workers were on time and finished in two days. Tom was even great when we decided to change the design after the barriers had already been put up.All in all we were very happy with the job and will call them again if we needed.

I called Perfection Concrete on Aug. 16th. Never received a return call.

I only got a quote for one. He ended up doing two. Not only was the work done quickly, and it came out beautiful, but when he had to do two instead of one, he did NOT double the price, he just added extra for the concrete. He and his crew did super and cleaned up after and I am calling him back again for another bid on a bigger project. Great job.

They were very nice on the initial phone call but I'm not sure why they never called back. I found that it was very inconsiderate that they did not return my phone calls. They need to know to respond to the phone calls from customers.

Tom Sautter, the owner, is an honest, straight forward, hard working guy. He knows his business; he is an experienced, knowledgeable concrete man. He and his personnel were all enjoyable to have around, they are nice people, polite, respectful, honest, hard working people. They worked their butts off while here. The quality of their work was superb. The County building inspectors passed all their work without modification. They dug three large holes thru the slab in the middle of our home and when they left they cleaned the place thoroughly. All the excess dirt, broken concrete and dust was cleaned up. I never met these people before in my life, we got their name of Angie's list. Not only did I find a great concrete guy but a truly nice group of men who are thoroughly dedicated to their work. I am 64 and have built two homes in my life. I have never met any tradesman with Tom Sautter's character, honesty and skill in his craft. Tom had two helpers on this job, Mario and Manuel. These two guys did the work of 4 men; they never stopped working and they move fast !! They were really nice guys too.. Unfortunately there is no grade above A+++, if there was, it would belong to Tom and his personnel at Perfection Concrete in Litchfield, AZ. Litchfield is on the west side of Phoenix off I-10, but Tom tells me that he covers all the Phoenix area...we are in Sun Lakes, way down on the south side of Phoenix. I would strongly recommend Perfection Concrete to any one looking for a good, honest, experienced concrete company with very reasonable prices and that has been in the business for many years.

They were punctual and pleasant to work with. Job was completed in a timely manner without any issues. They did a quality job and cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

After reading over Angie's List for concrete contractors I called Perfection Concrete in August to get an estimate. Tom showed up promptly and within a couple of days called back with an estimate. Normally I get three estimates for larger projects but this time I only got one due to Angies Lists favorable reviews, my impression of Tom who struck me me as a very hard working individual and the fairness of his quote. I had told him I wanted to do the project in October and he provided me with a written quote and when the time came he worked me right into his schedule. The work took three days as Tom and his crew set up the forms and removed the bricks in one day, poured the concrete on the second day and laid the brick patio on the third day. All work was done exactly as i had requested and looked beautiful when completed. My wife was especially pleased when she saw it.

Excellent work. I would highly recommend Tom for your project. Very knowledgable and informative. Easy work with and always on time. Area was very clean when finished and the price was right.

He was fixing part of a patio which had been incorrectly poured and was lifting away where it met the ground. I read in Angie's list about concrete guys and got his bid and one other to correct what I originally had poured by someone else and was a bad job.

Tom was the third bid I received and we has by far the least expensive. Once I was ready to move on the concrete they got me on the schedule quickly. It took them about 3 days to finish and most of that was because it happen to be the only week we got rain. On the morning of the pour they were there at 6 and finished up by 130. Tom and his crew were easy to work with and cleaned up when they were done.

my husband called tom for an estimate after getting several other estimates...tom came almost immediately to look over the situation and was easily available when we needed to get in touch with him...after being hired, we did have to wait a few days for the job to be done (he is busy because he does such good work!)...he showed up very early in the morning as he said he would, with friendly helpers and they spent most of the day creating a beautiful driveway...my husband and i were very pleased with the work and professionalism and plan on hiring him to do another job in the future!!!!

I got 4 estimates from different providers. Asked Tom to send me a written estimate and he provided it the next day. We scheduled the work and he and his crew arrived right on time and completed the work that day very quickly and did an excellent job. We may need a parking pad - Tom and my husband discussed options of what we might want to do. I will definitely hire Tom for that job or any other concrete work we need done. I was very happy.

Tom came to assess the job and submitted a bid promptly. He had ideas that were cost effective and was attentive to detail. He asked for money as the job progressed but never ahead at work completed. He was on the job site constantly and was thinking ahead to problem solve. He completed the job almost on time (the stone yard held him up due to their breakage error). We would recommend him highly.
