Tom communicated with me the entire time, letting me know what days and times he and his team would be at the house, when the pouring would happen, etc. I was never let to wonder what was happening for the job. He answered all my questions same business days, even when I asked on his off-hours (eventing, weekends). I highly recommend Tom, Mario and Jesus for any concrete jobs!

The HOA rejected the front yard pad. When I told Tom I needed a new estimate, he never followed up in spite of many calls to his number. I might well have used him for the work had he reached back to me. I finally found a different contractor for the job.

I reached out to several concrete companies, all on Angie's list. Perfection Concrete was the only company to directly respond (one asked for pictures and verbally gave me a off the chart price). Tom came over and walked me through the steps of the job. He even spotted damage to my garage door track that I had not noticed. Most importantly for all of you to know about Tom, he communicates regularly, stays on time and meets deadlines. His pricing...spot on. The reason I know, my out of state GC who does occasion work in Phoenix for his father's rental properties told me what concrete should cost. Great, absolutely beyond expectations. Tom Sautter was professional and easy to deal with as well as his team of workers. He understood delays while I dealt with the HOA to get project approval.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job. Most importantly to me, the communication was good and Tom and crew showed up exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently to get the job done. We had it poured to our other concrete deck which we are currently laying tile on. Tom saw that going in and decided that he needed to install a piece of material such that the concrete would be a bit higher so that it would be a nearly seamless height from the old deck to the new one he was pouring. I hadn't thought of this and I am so glad he did. The tile layers ended up with a small (1.5" wide gap at the edge and asked if I wanted them to cut the small piece or just leave the gap. I thought the small piece would not look good. Tom said he could come back and put a filler in that gap so that we could then cover the new concrete with a Vinyl cool deck and it would all be the same height and it would look alot better than the 1' tile strip. Another great idea! I would highly recommend Perfection Concrete. He does quality work at a great price. He is also very prompt and courteous.

Tom and his crew were responsive and professional. They were conscientious, took care of details and cleaned up when finished. They took care of shoring up carport support posts and they removed a wood trellis and then replaced it once they finished. They made sure no tree roots were affected and took care to avoid breaking tree branches when the cement mixer truck arrived. They took extra steps to prevent future cracking and buckling. Tom was very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Everything went perfectly! Tom was an excellent foreman, described everything in advance and delivered all that was promised (and more). Tom and the crew were friendly, professional, skilled and always right on time. The job took less than two days, even though the crew encountered a lot of unanticipated rocks in the clearing/grading process (no extra cost though!). I would definitely recommend Perfection Concrete to anyone needing concrete work.

The owner was extremely prompt, gave estimate immediately, showed up to do the job immediately and completed prior to estimated time along with a discount. We were very pleased with the honest and professional work completed.

Tom and Mary Ann set a convenient appointment with us. They were prompt. We walked the job and Tom took measures. He asked relevant questions to understand our needs. A quote was provided during the interview. We excused ourselves to discuss the bid and compare it to others to had. Schedule was a key driver. We asked Tom if he could fit the job in for next Tuesday, which he agreed to adjust his plans. The Parties entered into a contract. 6AM Tom and crew arrived. Roughed out the driveway, and reconfirmed what we wanted. He set the forms and scheduled concrete for 10. Truck arrived on schedule. Tom and crew fished up around 1:30 and we walked the finished job. It turned-out "perfect"

Tom Sautter and crew did a GREAT job! I am a Realtor in the West Valley, and have never had to use a concrete person. I went to Angie's list and liked Tom's reviews and gave him a call. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I called him one day and he had the work completed the next day. Tom was very attentive and professional. I will definitely use him in the future and will recommend him to other people looking for concrete work.

Tom and his crew showed up exactly when they were scheduled, they we're extremely neat and professional and did an excellent job! I can't say enough about my experience with Perfection Concrete Works. Tom responded to my request for a bid on an extension to my driveway. He came about 24 hours after I spoke with him and took down all the requirements and measurements for my job. After I scheduled the job to be done, Tom and his guys showed up at 6am to get started on the agreed date. He told me the job was going to take two days and he kept to the schedule by showing up on time the second day and having the materials delivered. The finished product turned out amazing! I had them pour an extension on to my driveway for extra parking which turned out to be about 600 square feet. They finished on time and on budget with no surprises. What more can you ask for! I would definitely recommend Tom and Perfection Concrete Works for any concrete work. They are consummate pros.

We called on June 24th and said we decided we wanted to have the concrete poured and they said they could be out Monday June 29th. They were so friendly and professional. They set the forms for both slabs and removed all the dirt. When the cement company came they worked quickly and got it all poured and smoothed out. They did a very good job and they were cheaper than the other two company we got estimates on. The concrete looks beautiful.

Great work on time and budget.

Tom and his crew installed a basketball court in my back yard. They did an amazing job. It only took them (2) days. They installed the pier for the basketball goal perfectly. I'm very happy with Perfection Concrete Works. I plan to use them for other projects at my home.

Everything went perfectly except for Desert Redimix who couldn't get their act together wrong delivery times and wrong quantities \If you need concrete work done do not pass this company up Best Price,Best Quality ! ! !

Tom and his crew showed up a few minutes early, and got to work. The work was completed within a very reasonable time. As he got started, he also poured a new step for me from the driveway since the existing one was not going to be level with the driveway. He did not charge me for this!!! He said it was because it was just a small amount of work, and had the material already there, but wow. While I hope my future concrete needs are limited, if I do need some done, I will call them.

Tom showed up on schedule to walk down my project and bid on the work. He had great ideas on how to make the job look better. Once we agreed on a schedule for the job he showed up on time with an excellent crew who showed great professionalism. They established the needed grade with a laser and did the excavation with well-maintained equipment. Not only did they perform the work I needed, but they also provided extra services above and beyond my expectations (they raised a gate to clear the new concrete, they added a small pad of concrete to connect the new driveway with my pavers in the back yard, and they formed up a trough for me to place pavers in between the new and old driveways.) They also coordinated nicely with my termite exterminator when he showed up. They cleaned up the area very well after the job was done. Tom and his crew met or exceeded my high expectations and I can completely recommend them for others! I was very impressed.

Can't say enough about Tom and his crew. Tom was prompt with the estimate started the work within two days of notifying him that we wanted him to do it. Tom's main guy Manny is a perfectionist, and he really knows his job. The work was completed quickly. Everything prepped on a Friday and poured on a Monday. I think it looks better than the original driveway. They cleaned up everything and even hauled away some bushes we had removed. Could not tell they were there when they finished with the cleanup. I know three other people looking to get this kind of work done and I will ensure they have Tom's card.

We had a 150' radius semicircular drive in front of our home and a separate 20'x60' driveway leading to the garage. The house was built in the 1960's so these were the original gravel driveways. Tom and his crew came to house precisely on time for his initial appointment to evaluate the work and give us a price. His price was reasonable (not cheap but reasonable) and his reviews on Angie's List were very good. So we decided to proceed The following week he and his crew showed up as expected. Actually they said they would be here by 6 am but actually arrived and were waiting to go at 5:30 am - didn't start before 6 because they didn't want to awaken the neighbors :) They proceeded to level and grade the driveways on day one and did a superb job. Because we live in an area that would be considered a downslope from a major mountain here in town, he wanted to provide a grade on the concrete driveway in front so that water would run away from the house. He used a laser to ensure perfect leveling and grading to ensure that this would be the case. The wooden board frames were curved beautifully to provide a nice, symmetrical curvilinear form for the ultimate concrete pour. This was all completed on the first day. On day two they poured and completed the side/garage driveway and it turned out beautifully. The following day he did 2/3 of the front drive (the central portion closest to the house). We had an existing concrete front entryway which he matched up beautifully and very artistically. This was all done on a Friday. So on Monday morning (again at 5:30 am sharp) they showed up to pour the remaining portions of the front driveway. Again, these matched up perfectly and we couldn't be happier with the final results. We have not yet driven on the drive as we want to give the concrete time to cure, but from the looks of the project we are delighted. Tom and his crew were a pleasure to work with - very courteous, professional, timely and fairly priced. I would recommend them highly and will hire them again for additional projects around our home.
