Despite this, an estimate was only given after the completion of 80% of the work. Although full payment was made at that time, the contractors promised to return with additional materials to finish the job but never did. Additionally, an invoice was only issued upon request and it revealed discrepancies; it included charges for work that was not completed, and some items were billed twice. Furthermore, a subsequent estimate to complete the remaining 20% of the work was quoted at $950, which was unexpectedly $100 higher than the total already paid. This increase was largely due to $450 in travel charges that were not anticipated, as the contractors had sufficient time to complete the job during the initial visit but failed to do so for unclear reasons. This detail was not disclosed initially nor correctly invoiced.""

Randy communicated well and was polite but after five days, Randy had only partially completed three doors. His work was subpar and we parted ways. Finish carpentry is not his strong suit."

After working there I noticed that my skills have gone to another lvl and should put them to use. When showing up to any property I take the time talking to customers figuring out exactly how they want their landscape to look. Everyone has their own styles they enjoy so that’s why we walk around to give an estimate. Family owned Dirt moving, specialty is laser leveling. House pads. Roads built and maintained. Can also do junk and trash removal. Tree removal and tree trimming. Size of tree doesn’t matter.

My soil was like concrete. He would work the soil repeadily over a few months. When he decided the soil was ready, he waited for the best planting time(no frosts). He leveled the pasture with precion. Then planted the seed. I just irrigated the pasture today. The water flowed on a perfect flat flow! The work he accomplished was perfect. He is honest, straight forward, and highly knowledgeable."
