I needed a new irrigation timer to be hardwired and a complete redo of my valves in the front yard. He checked the valve box in the backyard and found a leak and replaced it as well as fixing other miscellaneous leaks. I found his price to be very reasonable and he used very good quality parts.(not large box store cheap valves). I am very satisfied with his workmanship. "I hired Adam in September to remove dead trees from our yard and met with him about a few landscaping projects at our home. He removed the trees and my husband paid him by Venmo. (He didn’t know about my husband prior to the project). I got in touch with him about a month later in October to ask about quotes for the projects. He said he would get back to me over the holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas passed with no word. Finally about a month ago (late March) my husband texted him again about the projects as well as ongoing yard maintenance. His reply was terse: “Get back to you ASAP.” Almost a month ago! We want to think the best of people, but we came to the reluctant conclusion (after waiting almost 8 months) that Adam will not do business with a gay couple."

Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
