J & J was one of a few companies I had come quote my job. The range in price (and hours projected to do the job) differed greatly between all. In the end, J & J was not the least expensive but was close and seemed fair. I decided to go with them based on the excellent communication and straight forward and reasonable quoting of the job. They came at the exact time/day arranged, and were able to get 90% of the job done on the first day. There were some additional things needing to be done, they arranged a second time to come out, and finished the job. My biggest reason for the 5 star review is the follow up though. They have checked with me a few times since the job to make sure we were happy, that no new issues arose, etc. I rarely ever get this level of care go into a "one off" job. I will absolutely hire them again and cannot recommend them enough.

I have nothing but praise for the work Juan did for us. He was very honest & professional, & quoted a fair price. And, when it rained the day afterwards, he returned & sprayed again, @ no additional cost. I would definitely hire him again, & recommend him five times over.

Juan answered my request for service immediately and came the next day. I wanted a succulent that had grown too large for the space taken out. It was in an inconvenient spot and oozed when cut which made it more difficult. Juan was willing to tackle the job for a reasonable price. He knew I wanted it cut as close to the ground as possible and tried hard to please that request. He carted everything away and blew the area clean as well as the rest of my patio. The service was great. They were on time and professional. They do a lot of other things like taking care of our trees bushes. They come every two weeks.
