The provider showed up on time assessed the damage and came back with the an assistant once all of the needed parts were ordered. They spent an entire day replumbing the spa and replacing the spinners. Once repaired, they came back the next day to make sure everything was in working order. They were courteous, respectful and friendly.

This company is awesome! The 2 spa technicians showed up on time and determined that pump #2 needed replacement and they were able to rebuild pump #1. They gave me several tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. I would definitely recommend this company for spa repair.

4 AZ Spa repair is awesome! I completely flooded my spa enclosure for days, not realizing that I had left the hose on. I had Aqua Pool and Spa come out for an estimate. It was for a minimum of $2,544.00 for new circuit boards, motors, heater, just about everything plus extra for things that he could not test, for example the blower motor. They said it would be closer to $3000.00. I had 4 AZ Spa Repair & service come today to get a second opinion and estimate. They had the spa up and running in minutes then cleaned the spa, and taught me how to use all the buttons properly. Total cost $89.00.!! My circuit boards were fine.I will need a new heater, cost installed approx $450.00, it is on order. The pump motors were corroded but still had a lot of life left so Joe told me to just wait and replace each motor when it finally breaks down. Joe saved me thousands of dollars by being an honest and knowledgable spa repair craftsman. Thank you Joe and Derrick

Went well. He was in the area so came the same afternoon I called. He had the parts with him , replaced the parts, & was gone in less than an hour.

Joe and Derrek completed the job in one hour. Super guys. They shared a few tips on maintenance. I am very pleased. I'm hopeful on quality. It doesn't seem like I will need them back, but they just did the job today. Based on our experience today I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you all for your great recommendation.

Joe arrived on the day and time as agreed. Very professionally reviewed the problems, explained the necessary repairs. Several wires had been broken apparently be a rabbit entering the unit. Joe said he would just fix the broken wires. He did so in short time then rechecked the operation of the unit. Problem solved. No question would use again as necessary.

They were very professional. Estimated ordered parts and had repaired in time for Halloween party.

Overall it went smoothly and Derek seemed to really know his stuff concenring spas.

My first contact was a voicemail that never was returned. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back a second time. It was a quality experience from there. I had them coordinate the delivery and removal of the old cover and everything was smooth. I received my invoice electronically (my choice) and was able to pay electronically. Overall a good experience.

My spa would not turn on. The circuit breaker kept breaking. They scheduled me for around noon but ended showing up at 10:15. Took about 5 minutes for Joe and Derek to figure out that I had some water damage to the spa which shorted out the heater and blower. They had both parts in their truck. Removed, installed and done by 11:15. I've had these guys out about a year ago to do some other repairs on my spa. That time they also showed up early and got the job done quickly! I highly recommend them!

I sent 4AZ Spa an e-mail through Angie's List. He called and luckily was very near. He came by within an hour, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a few hours. Joe even waited until the glue had cured to show me that the repair had been properly made and did not leak. Great price, great service and a great guy--thanks, Joe.

Derek arrived on time and started trying to locate the most obscure leak. The major leak was pretty obvious. When they found the next leak, they tested with the pumps on to find more leaks. Satisfied that they knew the leak sources, they replaced and coupled the necessary hoses. They went above and beyond by giving me information about the spa that will come in handy. I was surprised at the low cost. I was planning on having to spend a lot more. It was nice to do business with honest, reputable, capable service men. I would recommend them in a heart beat or a New York second....whichever, is faster.

They arrived early to give an estimate. We discussed the pro's and con's of getting a jacuzzi motor vs. a different type of motor, and decided to go with a jacuzzi motor, which he estimated would be available in 4-5 days. When we didn't hear from him after 1.5 weeks, I called, and a few days later he responded, saying that it would be another 4-5 days before the motor was available. It was another week (plus?) before he came out to replace the motor. He said the delay was due to a combination of him being very busy and there being a difficulty getting the motor. The motor they found was actually less expensive than the estimate they gave us, and overall they did good work. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication--I would have appreciated a couple of phone calls letting me know about the delays rather than having to call after him. Overall, as indicated previously, they did a very good job, and would recommend them as long as responsiveness is not a big concern.

Joe scheduled an appointment, arrived promptly, identified the problem and showed me what was happening, provided an estimate of cost to repair, made the repairs. Prompt, professional, fair and knowledgeable. I found 4 AZ Spa Repair on Angie's List a few months ago. My first experience with this business was great and I was happy to have a service provider I was comfortable to call again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The only problem I had was that the first time they were scheduled to come they were to be at the house at 8 a.m. but did not arrive until 8:45. They apologized. Everything else went really well. They performed the necessary work, explained to me what they were doing and why, gave me useful tips on maintaining the spa, and treated me fairly on price.

I love the fact that this company gives you a specific time that they will be at your house...not a window! They came when we they said, repaired our spa quickly and we could even order a spa cover which they delivered at no extra change. They were knowledgable, professional and reasonably priced. They will do all our spa maintenance and repairs in the future!

Our spa was overheating and displaying error messages. I was not pleased with the spa repair provider previously used (Paddock Pools) and searched Angie's List for a provider. I located this provider who promptly returned my call and based on my explanation, suggested possible problems and solutions and scheduled an appt at a time that made sense for both of our schedules, WITHOUT any type of difficult 4 hour, or any other time window. Joe arrived as scheduled, performed thorough diagnostics and offered scenarios on potential problems and solutions along with costs. We moved forward with an agreed upon solution. Our spa was successfully repaired. I would definitely call this provider again and would recommend to anyone asking for a reputable spa repair provider.

I thought the price was really reasonable for what they did. They were willing to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. They really specialize in above ground spas.
