4 Az Spa Repair & Service

Vince arrived on schedule. He inspected and it appeared the leak was in the jets in one corner. We discussed the possibility of having to jack up the spa to remove the pan to access the jets, not an easy job. Vince didn't quit there. He looked further and found the leak in the opposite corner in the cracked drain valve. I had him plug the line to the valve (I never used it) and turned what appeared to major repair into a minor one. I'm very impressed with 4 AZ Spa Repair and would use them again.

This company did a terrific job on our above ground spa. Quick, on time and efficient, honest and reasonable. Would highly recommend for any spa repair!

They were able to send someone out the same day! Vincent, the tech, was prompt and professional. He explained everything very well and was very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service, and the prices were reasonable. We decided to order a new spa cover from them, as well.

I prefer to initiate contact via email which I did the first time but with no success. Apparently he never monitors the business email account (contactus@4azsparepair.com) though he says he does. I eventually called and got a different email to use but he was not very responsive via email or phone for that first repair and the repair job took weeks to get finished from the time of my initial contact. This second time I tried email again. Again he did not respond to the business email but did respond to jmcclintock@cox.net. Said he had time on a Friday. Never heard from him again. Send another couple emails, nothing. Did not bother to call because I don't want to waste any more time on someone treats customers this poorly. Will look for someone else instead.

He agreed to remove the spa, recondition and repair it and pay us a reasonable value for it based on its final condition. The removal was complicated, requiring a large crane to lift the spa from the back yard over the house. Joseph handled all details of the disconnect, removal and disposition. In addition, he was able to give us cash for the estimated value of the tub after his expenses. He and his helper Vince were able to eliminate something that had become a problem for us, and leave us with some cash besides!

They’re very knowledgeable and they do good work. They’re responsive and fair in their cost.

Service was fantastic! I started up my hot tub and noticed the gaskets on the pipes leading to the heater were leaking so I looked on Angie's List and found this company and gave them a call. They came out and fixed my hot tub and also explained the different functions that are on my hot tub. I also used this company to replace the heater sensors as well. This service was great too! I will use this company again for any service down the road.

It went well. They pointed out that I had the wrong filter. They were on time and professional. I may have used them one other time.

Vince and Derrick arrived within the window of time provided. They were good at letting me know the procedures they were following to diagnose the problem, and when they ran into issues they explained those as well. I was able to understood the steps they were taking to figure out the problems. It turned out to be a fairly complicated issue that they were able to resolve, and get corrected. I was happy with their professionalism and communication and would use this company again.

He was very informative going over information with me and again with my husband who came after we had started. We never once felt this was a high-pressure sales call. We were especially interested to learn if we would be looking at buying used spa in the future, they can do the same $95 check before we would purchase it to make sure we would know what we were getting. They also do old spa removal for a reasonable price.

The technicians are professional, courteous, and very capable. Additionally, their charges were very reasonable. I have used other services in the past, but none come close to equalling $ AZ's overall quality.

The crew was professional and knowledgeable. They made recommendations and had the chemicals I needed already on their truck. The Owner came back out when the new spa cover was ready and he helped me further with understanding the chemicals, etc. Their website also has good trouble-shooting info on it.

Outstanding service and reasonably priced. Staff very knowledgeable about various spas and was able to tell me the problem over the phone as well as providing an estimate over the phone. Truly would recommend this company to anyone needing spa service so much so I will no longer be working with the spa company I have been using since the spa was built in 2006!

They were very responsive, prompt, efficient with their time. We never felt like we were being ripped off. He spent time showing us everything that was wrong, how he would recommend fixing it, was not pushy, showed us how to operate the spa, explained everything very thoroughly, put new chemicals in, sold us a chemical kit, and even emailed us a manual on the unit that night, so we would know how to operate it. We will call them again for any issues we ever have. Great service..
