Description of Work: They were about a half hour late, which was explained when they arrived. Service man was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Necessary repairs were made, explaining the reason behind each step. Cost was quite reasonable. Having had a terrible experience using another nationally advertised ""referral service"", including failure to provide services paid for, this was a nice surprise. Would use this company again with no reservation.

Description of Work: They fixed the connector to the pump on my jet tub. They do not usually do this kind of work but went out of their way to fix this for us. I was very happy with their services.

Description of Work: Spa had been sitting unused for years. 4 AZ Spa Repair checked all elements, did some cleanup and showed tricks for operating older spa. Great service.

Description of Work: spa jet not working - tech was quickly able to identify and correct the issue (bubble in the line preventing water from being pushed through the jets). Everything is in perfect working order.

Description of Work: Eight year old hot tub wouldn't heat. Joe came when scheduled and did trouble shooting and found that circuit board that controlled heat function had failed. He ordered a new one and replaced the bad one in a timely manner. Hot tub is working well now. Joe was very professional and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I was happy with the service and would use again if I experience additional problems.

Description of Work: He fixed everything that was broken about our spa. A broken circuit board, heater, head rests, and many other things... He was great!

Description of Work: The Company did a review of my spa and recommended that I not spend money on extensive repairs. I bought a used spa from them at a reasonble price and they also gave me a 10 per cent discount for finding them on Angie's List. They ensured that this spa was in good working order after the move from its previous location. The owner of the Company has a high trust factor, in my opinion.

Description of Work: 4 AZ SPA responded to my house to look into an above-ground hot tub that was not heating properly. The owner himself arrived on time and he did some diagnostic tests to determine the problem. Shortly after completing these tests, he indicated that the entire onboard computer could be bad and that it may need to be replaced. However, he did additional tests to confirm and, once finally diagnosed, he looked for less expensive alternative repairs. We ended up going with the full replacement of the computer, but he was able to re-use many of the existing parts and that saved me some money. It was an expensive repair, but I had already been told by a couple other companies that it was likely the computer and they quoted me prices that were significantly higher. In addition to doing the repairs on the computer, 4 AZ SPA also took the time to explain the inner workings of a hot tub and explained how to maintain a proper chemical balance in the spa and the importance of doing so. Overall, I highly recommend this company. I tried several others beforehand and they either (a) never showed up; (b) showed up once and took a small "deposit" and then never returned; or (c) tried to gouge me on the repairs. I thought 4 AZ SPA was very reliable and very honest.

Description of Work: Very professional..did a good job in fact saved me some money on parts as my circuit breaker went out and instead of just buying a new breaker when he went to Home Depot saw a spa package which included the breaker I needed for 30 bucks less. He's my spa guy!

Description of Work: I called because the hot tup mfg was out of business and I had noticed the jets were running longer than normal. (Got him off Angies list). Joseph (owner) came out and found it was a programming problem I was not aware of. While here, he said lets pop the cover and look inside. It was discovered the pump was leaking and some of the other joints had leaked. He pulled the pump motor and fixed the problem as well as repaired the other leaks.

Description of Work: Repaired multiple leaks in my above ground spa. They had to move the spa out of the enclosure I built around it and troubleshoot the leaks. They did a very thorough job over a two day period. The price all includes a general cleaning and replacement of spa filters.
