Description of Work: They replaced entire roof AC/Heater 5 years ago. Lots of problems with replacement unit which was not the fault of Oasis. Several parts of unit needed replaced, roof leak around unit (installation), extra yearly charges for electronic filter cleaning, one service agent even refused to wash electronic filter. The owner and the over-all crew chief/manager have always made every effort to see that everything was fixed and done correctly and they have always paid for repairs (even to damaged areas), but having to contact the "in charge" people to get things corrected/fixed whenever there is a problem does get quite tiresome.

Description of Work: Install a new air conditioning and heating system in my garage.

Description of Work: We called Oasis after another company, Desert Valley Aire, Inc. told us that the Schrader Valve had broken off inside our A/C & we would need a new King valve replacement and the cost would be $925. (We unfortunatley had a contract with Desert Valley Aire, Inc.) Oasis came out, told us that he thought he could get the broken Schrader valve out but just in case, he would order the King valve & if we did not need it, he could return it. The Oasis repairman was successful & his bill was $183.08. They saved us $742.00. We will always use them for our heating & A/C needs & highly recommend them. Incidentaly, I requested a refund of $320 of unused time on our contract & after three letters dating from April 6th until my final letter of June 1st, 2012, Desert Valley Aire, Inc. finally refunded our $320.

Description of Work: I was quoted $950.00 to repair the filler valve on my air conditioner. I call Oasis for a second quote. They did the repair for $144.00, This is a honest straight forward company. The first company was Desert Valley Air who we have a contract with to check our system..
