I went by the office and told the receptionist that I wanted a refrigerant charge. She told me they had to do a $60 assessment. I told her I don't need an assessment, I know what I need. She said, "well, they often can fix the problem while they are there for the $69." I had seen that happen at my neighbors, so I capitulated. The service arrived, went up to check unit out and told me it was out of refrigerant. I told him, I know that's the service I asked for. He told me, "Well, it must be leaking, so if I put it in, it could leak out." "So couldn't you check for a leak?" His reply, "that would take 3 lbs of refrigerant at $48 a pound. "Well, couldn't you put in one pound and see if it leaked and fix the leak?" "No, that's an old unit, you would be wasting your money." I told him, "You haven't given me an assessment at all." And I didn't want to pay the $60 for 5 min of his time. He insisted, so I did pay it. He didn't even give me a receipt!!

Perfectly. They scheduled the installation for a Saturday the same week that I signed a contract. The whole process took less than five hours. They were very professional throughout.

We have been with Oasis for a number of years. They are very good. We had a maintenance agreement with them and they were always very good. We have used them for years. It was a 2 year contract that we had. They were a good company. I would use them again, but we used a different company to pout the heat pump in so the grantee goes with that company. That the only reason we don't use Oasis. They were all very good. The people who answered the phone were very good. The people who came out to do the servicing was very good. We never had an complaints and we used them for 17 years. We never had a problem with them.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the service technician. He was able to diagnose the problem for me to give to the builder. I I hired him to return to see if the unit was fixed properly after it was repaired by the builders technician. I will use this company again.

They were fine. They did a very good job. We've used them before.

Oasis provides regular service to our Parish. They noted this problem when changing filters on all of our units. They scheduled the work and competed it quickly. Every time we interact with Oasis they do great work for us. Even though they are busy with many customers they always make you feel as though you are there only client. Earlier this year, during the hottest days of summer, they replaced a large 10 ton A/C and heating unit for us and again performed the job with dispatch. They always check their work carefully and insure that the customers needs are fully met. I enjoy working with this firm.

I obtained four bids for the project. I verified that Oasis was going to provide a quality air conditioning unit, and I checked out the company on Angie's List and with acquaintances in Green Valley. Their price was also considerably better than that of the company I had been using. Paul was a pleasure to deal with long-distance, and the crew was most professional, including the helpful and responsive office personnel. I would certainly recommend Oasis to anyone needing a similar project.

I would call the service before, during, and after the sale of the unit extraordinary. I would say it is the best customer I have ever experienced. They did a pre-sale inspection of my home, before I even purchased the home, and because of how thorough they were in their inspection, I was in a strong position when it came time to negotiate the price of the home. After I purchased the home they spent significant time in the house determining the best unit for the home and configure it in the most cost-effective way possible. I had an issue after the installation also, and they came out to the house within the hour. He kept troubleshooting and troubleshooting until he had properly diagnosed the issue. He ended up throughout all his work actually making the unit itself more efficient as he went. Every person that I’ve dealt with has proven to be highly knowledgeable, highly professional, and has provided excellent customer service.

I liked them a lot and I would go back to them. Those guys are good. They did a good job, the price was fair, they were courteous and personable.

They arrived promptly, and went right to work. They let me know what all was involved to clean the air ducts. All the registers were removed and taken outside and cleaned with the hose and wiped down. The registers were then covered with cardboard so that the large vacuum would have good suction. Then they used a pressure air hose at each vent while the vacuum was going, and blew all the edges filled with dust up into the ducts as it was being suctioned through. After they were all cleaned and the registers replaced, they vacuumed an area of the floor below each register. They did an excellent job, and it looks very clean, especially the registers. They also inspected the AC unit and found that the tape around the garage unit was not sealed properly. He didn't have the tape that was needed for the job in his truck, but came back a couple hours later at my convenience to seal the area so that we would not be cooling our garage, like we evidently had been. Fortunately, it has not been hot for long. They also left replacement filters for the intact vents, since the ones we had in there, still looked good. I was very pleased with all they did, and how thorough they were with the cleaning and inspection. Since I was paying for the annual inspection (which includes 3 services during the first year: now, in 6 mos. for the heater, and again a year from now for the AC again) of $148, I was able to get a 10% disc on the duct cleaning. I am looking forward to their continued service.

If I have any kind of a problem, which we did have a problem with our heating system, I call them and they schedule to come right out. If I have an emergency like my a/c or heating goes out, they'll be here that same day. We've had very good luck with them. I think their prices are reasonable. We've been very pleased with them. They schedule a 2 hour window and generally show up early.

They are clean and on time. We have a service agreement with them. If anything goes wrong with our system they would pay for the basic warranty. They have only done checks for us. Our neighbors have used them and speak highly about them.

They were excellent. They were timely and they gave us a good deal. They worked with the manufacturer of the products and they took care of the warranty. I think their pricing was average. We really enjoyed their services. We will use their services again in the future.

Excellent, we were delighted with owner, Paul Murrieta, Angus and Claudio, who performed all the work. We'd already agreed to a price; however, Paul learned we were going to have Triple Pane Windows installed the next day and said immediately we could go with a smaller A/C-Heat Pump unit, which saved us a lot of money. Claudio and Angus gave us specific instructions on the thermostat and the water heater. They did a great job with everything, from the installation to the duct cleaning. Some old , stale smoke odor still lingered. Paul has offered to try a new sanitizer in the ducts; due to time issues we have yet to try his offer. Paul also gave us a One Year Maintenance and Service Agreement with the installation at no extra charge. When there was a communication breakdown regarding our possible purchase of a permanent air filter for our new unit, Paul discounted the price for us. We are extremely happy with OASIS from beginning to end. We had contacted OASIS prior to arriving from out-of-state. Instead of having to go through the process of calling their office, scheduling a time for an estimate, etc., Paul was at our door at a reasonable time that morning. After a thorough discussion of our needs he called us later in the day to give us a price. We went by the office and paid the required 50% down and Paul scheduled us for installation the next day. This helped us immensely, as we were under severe time constraints. He also is extremely fair in pricing. Since we paid by check rather than credit card, he gave us a 3% discount, which is more than he would have had to pay to process a credit card payment. We could not be happier with OASIS, Paul Murrieta, and his crew - Claudio and Angus, who were very respectful, helpful, professional and conscientious: (example: they closed the door every time they came in and out of the house rather than leaving it wide open. This is just one thing we can think of at this time.)

They installed it quickly, we will see if they follow up with good service and maintenance. I'd recommend them.

They were on time, they were very nice, they seemed to know what they were talking about, they were informative, they didn't try to get more money out of us, and they were really honest.

Absolutely no complaints. Some difficult modifications had to be made in the vent system that were satisfactorily accomplished. The thermostat was programed for the unit, they explained how it operated and how we could program it to suit our needs. I "supervised" the installation and even provided some help. All of the crew was very polite and professional. It was a pleasure working with them. They made me feel welcome, and we had a good time. The crew left about 6:30 PM with the old unit, and the work area was all cleaned up. The owner came out later in the week with the final bill that included the rebates. He satisfactorily answered all questions and refunded the charge for the Sunday service call and did not charge for the second service call or the relay. The new unit is preforming as described and is very quite.
