NO SHOW NO CALL EITHER!
Description of Work: No show, no call, and lied about time frame when I received text and email with time frame! When I called to let Smokey's Garage Doors as a courtesy to let them know I canceled this with my Home Warranty company the man was REALLY rude! BEWARE..... Think before you use this company. He berated me for calling them to let them know I canceled the work request. If their customer service is this way, NO WAY would I ever want them doing work for me!!

Description of Work: We have been having issues with our 20-year-old garage door for some time. We had almost decided that we would need to have it replaced or at least get major work done on it. We stopped on our way to work at Smokey's, and they replaced our openers, programmed them, sold us lubricants and other inexpensive solutions to our problems, and did it in just a few minutes. The cost was really low, considering that we were able to do some of the simple things ourselves, saving the cost of a service call at their recommendation. They could have insisted it was necessary for them to do on-site work, and we would have assumed so. They are always professional, efficient, and very reasonable. We have used them for years, and will continue to do so and to recommend them. They are the best we have found.

BEST BID RECEIVED. PROMPT, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. HE DID NOT HAVE THE BELT DRIVE FOR THE LIFTMASTER OPENER AND INSTALLED A CHAIN DRIVE INSTEAD. HE OFFERED TO COME OUT LATER AND PUT IN THE BELT DRIVE IF I WAS NOT HAPPY. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY ALWAYS DO GOOD WORK.

REPLACED THE SPRINGS ON OUR BIG DOOR. THE NEXT DAY THE OPENER DID NOT WORK. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY TO CLOSE THE DOOR (BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T SHUT) AND REPLACED THE OPENER THE NEXT DAY.
